Do any other techs hate it when the computer is referred to as the cpu?
It bothers me so much. People, the cpu stand for the central processing unit. Which is a chip on the motherboard. Call it a PC, call it a machine, call it a computer, but please don't call it a cpu. Maybe I am just being a little to sensitive. What do you think?

Think you may be getting a little over sensitive about it.
Remember the non techs are not filled with all the information you have so you have to be a little forgiving and educate them as you find them........thats the joy of helping people out
