'Oi think that if I start listening to the soil in moi fields that one of moi cows may tread on moi head!'
And to be honest in all the years that we have been farming we have never found the the answer in the soil, I think we would be very rich if we had!
I'm also very pleased to say that I and my family have never talked with that Farmerish accent!

It all goes back to the soil, doesn't it? If you don't know the soil then you are here by the grace of the farmer. Be kind to the farmer or be hungry. You need to know the soil if you don't and pass it on. The time may come, because we have neglected Mother Nature and hurt the earth.

It has all got to start somewhere , and the soil sounds as good a place as any !
