The bowl?? Do you mean toilet bowl? If so, it's only because blood is constricted in the upper thighs from the pressure of sitting so long. My husband does it all the time. In fact I renamed the bathroom as the family reading room. Another thing, it makes it look like you're going steady with the toilet with the ring you get from it. lol. Don't worry, I'm sure it's no major health problem.

That's the only time I read anything,so I would say it's a good thing! If I'm only there 5 min.,I learned something I guarantee it!

While there are pros and cons to reading while you are in the bathroom, there is no major health risk involved. If that is where you like to read, no one can stop you!!

the only problem i could see would be the possibility of aggrivating hemerrhoids. otherwise, i don't think is any problem at all.
