SOUNDS LIKE THE COURTS ARE DEFINING THE FAMILY STRUCTURE.  EVEN THOUGH THIS FAMILY IS DIVORCED BOTH OF THE BIO PARENTS ARE ACTIVE IN THE CHILDS LIVE.  BUT THE COURTS DECIDED THAT A LESBIAN PARENT IS NEEDED AS A LEGAL GUARDIAN?  GOD FORBID

I dare say that someone should become a tad bit more educated and realize that a child can be raised happy and healthy in a home where two people love them regardless of their gender.  Why is everyone so afraid of a child being loved by two people in the same household of the same gender? Doesn't your Bible say "judge not?" and that God loves ALL of his children?
