is 99 the new 100?

i was on my Y!A profile and in "My Stats" my percentage of BA and other answers only add up to 99. the same thing for some of my friends profiles. *sigh* good job, yahpoo.

so what i'm saying is, is 99% now considered a whole?

That's because it doesn't count all the questions that you answered that didn't have a best answer picked for them.

they cant give you a deffinite percentile of 100 because the question that you have answered may not all be resolved
