australia is the easy option and they will make the final. i think it will take an in form india, new zealand or maybe the home ground west indies can get it off the aussies. anything can happen in cricket.....except england winning many games. im eriously think the smaller teams like kenya and bangladesh could at least challend england.....we'll have to see

As much as I'd love India to win, being realistic, I think Austrailia is going to pull off a hat trick! Although some teams, such as New Zealand, South Africa, England and India have shown that they can challenge Australia, They just haven't managed to ever beat them convincingly. Its been 4 years since Australia's last win, but they're still going strong.
Although, since McGrath and Warne have retired...you never know, we might have soem surprises in store!

I think 90% people go in favour of Ausies.Coz their performance is far ahead of every other team around.Windies had a slim chance coz of their home ground advantage.Newzealand and India can also do upset.India has a strong team on paper.South Africa hmmm I dont think so coz they dont have big names or I say match winners.Pakistan well its my country but I think they will not even qualify for the semi final stage...England...Only miracle can get them to semi's.Sri lankan's mostly depends on their vetran cricketers but they dont have an impressive bowling attack accept Murli no one is a match winning bowler for them.
