Spybot S&D updates?

Click the select mirror icon and select a different download site. I find the German XT or XP mirror is the most reliable

There are several download sites that spybot uses, just try clicking on "check for updates" and select all and then download...sometimes the server you are connecting to is bogged down and choosing the next one will get your downloads.

All updates appear to be working fine

Mine updates automatically without any problems.

If you have a personal firewall I suggest you disable it then try the downloads. Do not disable Windows Firewall.

try using a different server for downloading update

i find sometimes it is best to download the updates one at a time because if you try to do them all at once it just sits ther doing nothing, that is my experience
