What are good exercises to tone the thighs?

needs to be easy and results shows within a week or two.

    everything takes more than a week or two.

    Eat a high protein diet.

    Leg lifts and squats.

    Get good sleep.

    Sex with you on top and your knees up. Do this every night for a week or two and you get the results you want, I did

    go to the nearest football stadium (high school college or whatever) and run up the steps over and over. when you cannot run walk up the steps. if you live on a ranch in montana i cannot suggest anything except going in to la and marrying a big samoan guy.

    lie down on your side and lift your leg up 100 times and when you are finished swap sides and do it to the other leg.

    side leg lifts, back leg lifts and put hands on floor while bending over and raise legs...toward ceiling.
