why is the title "does anyone have a ugly avatar?" can i ask a question? what make you think that you can label something as ugly?

fat people arent ugly. skinny people arent ugly. old and wrinkly people arent ugly. bald people arent ugly. people with bad teeth, unibrow, and a enormous nose arent ugly either.

how dare you labell people who fit any of these descriptions ugly! Im soryy but people cant help the way they were born (bad teeth, unibrow, nose) or they cant help the way they look. so why do you make fun of people like this? are you some arrogant s.o.b who sits at home all day making fun of people because YOU are insecure about yourself?

I will have you know that you definately will be old and bald with bad teeth when you get older so why call people who live with that ugly?

and whats so ugly about a larger nose? i have a larger nose than most people do (broader) but i am still considered very attractive and many people like me.

so please next time leave out the word 'ugly' when you are describing the words above. it is simply demeaning, disrespectful, and rude.

There are options to look hideous like this one face shape I saw that looks Muslim (no offense (I just know I'm going to get reported)) and out-of-date T-shirts, but for the most part you can't choose to make your avatar look fat or skinny or really monstrous.

Responding to the other girl who said you didn't have the right to label someone ugly: You're wrong, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and saying someone doesn't know who's ugly is saying someone doesn't know what they're thinking, which is an actual phrase nitwits use, but not a valid, logical argument.

Maybe one can't say whether someone is better or worse for being pretty or ugly, but we all have the right to say who's ugly and who isn't.

I think the avatars can be interesting and represent a basic image of yourself as you are, or as you want to be, or maybe be totally different from what you are.

It's a common mistake, but I would really hate for anyone who is new to get a violation notice for something like asking about their avatar. I do NOT report people for this kind of stuff, because it happens a lot as people are starting to learn the site. Reports should be saved for more serious stuff, in my opinion. But there are people who seem to like to report everything.
