Like all the other ladies stated, it sounds like you have a yeast infection. There are many methods to treating yeast infections. First, I'd like to say, don't worry! Do you have a regular gynocologist? If so, you should probably pay him/her a visit. They are very likely to prescribe you Monistat which is an over the counter medicine that you can by yourself. They have a lot of Monistat treatments (Once a day for a week, once a day for five days, or even just once.) There are also creams or capusles that melt so that you have many options. If the monistat does not work, you might need to return to the gyno in order to get a perscription only medication which comes usually in the form of pills. Try to wash as frequently as possible (not with soap though as it only causes more bacteria, go figure huh). Also, if the discharge turns yellowish, the white discharge might be the pre symptom of vaginitis which is not yeast but bacteria, so I would definitely advise going to see a gynocologist soon.

Whitish discharge is quite normal in some women. As for the smell, many girls tend to give this ordor due to their genes. It may also be a result of stress, tension or sweat. Girls have two discharge outlets, so if there is sweat and heat occuring, this smell could erupt. However, just to be certain, you should have a check by the doctor to ensure that all is well. In meantime, I suggest you take little bathroom washes after you wee-wee...etc to get rid or any bacteria which may remain there.
