  • I am GCC National. Is it required that name on degree matches with name on passport?

    Name on on degree is : X + Y + Z

    Name on passport is : X + Y + V

    Name on national ID is : X + Y + V + Z

Do I have to change my degree to match with passport? Notice the national id card has the full name. This is in order to get the work permit.

Please answer me if you are confident of your information.

  • Does buying apartment make good financial sense?

I am 24 years old, single and planning to get married soon. I am planning to buy a fancy apartment in Riyadh ( where I am living ) that is Saudi Arabia. However, I am a bit confused that I might be making a mistake? I am thinking sometimes of alternative of buying for example an undeveloped land somewhere away from the apartment and civic life but can be half price of this apartment.

I am currently living with my family Mom's home. If I did not buy an apartment, I would either be forced to rent one or probably postpone getting married. Please note I am going to have to get financing for it and probably put 10-15% down.

So, what do you think? Give me pros and cons from preferably from your life experience.
