I was diagnosed with iron deficient anemia and my gyno prescribed me Lo Loestrin Fe and I have never taken any kind of birth control. I’m not concerned with getting pregnant, as me and my husband have already been thinking of having a baby soon. I have a lot of friends who will not take birth control due to all of the side effects and issues they’ve had from them. I am not a medicine person at all lol The only thing I’ll take is Advil and my iron at the moment. Is there any other way to slow down my bleeding during periods besides having to go through everything with birth control? My gyno says I will fight anemia all my life on and off if I don’t take it and it could get dangerous.

Does anyone know what would be helpful for anxiety? A few years back I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder with a hint of OCD and it all stemmed from my past with my brother that my family and I have had a lot of issues out of. I began having panic attacks about three years ago and was finally able to get past them on my own somehow but now they are back because I m about to get married and am stressed to the max! And my brother is back up to his old ways and causing more trouble than before. I only have panic attacks for some reason when I go out to eat at night at crowded and dark restaurants. This used to not bother me but now it does and I have to go to a place like this for my rehearsal dinner in a few weeks! I want to be able to enjoy it the way I should since its supposed to be a happy and fun time! Is there anything I can do or any good mild anxiety medicines just to get me through this wedding and settled into my new life? Thank you!

I am having solipsism syndrome and it is no fun and ruining my life. I can't even function right and I'm not sure what to do. I'm embarrassed to tell my doctor about it and afraid I will have to go to a mental hospital if I do. Does anyone have any arguments against this? Thanks! I might also add that I'm able to eat and get up and everything even though I have all of this terrible anxiety

A few years ago I was diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder and also a hint of OCD. I went through a lot and finally I kicked it after a year and now it's back :( last week I felt fine but this week I can't eat, feel sick, don't feel like myself and I'm just worried I'm gonna go into phsycosis :( or however you spell it. Back three years ago I got worried thinking "what if life doesn't exist out of my own mind". I know that sounds stupid but I'm obsessed with that thought and that's what is wrong with me again this week. I just got to thinking about it again. I'm going Monday to talk to my doctor. But am I going crazy? Is this normal? I'm afraid if I tell them I'm having thoughts like that, I'll end up in a mental hospital

About 5 months ago, I sent a ton of pictures to my email from texts on my phone and I was always able to go back into my yahoo mail and see them whenever I wanted but now I can only find a few of those messages with pictures. I am really wanting to view them so I can now save them to my computer :( where did the messages go? I didn't delete them and I still have messages from 2012 so I know the mail didn't delete them either.

When I was about 4 or 5 years old, I had to get 4 fillings in 4 of my teeth. They are Almagam fillings. Well, when I went to have my teeth cleaned, They told me that two have fallen out just a little bit. I heard that Almagam fillings are bad and the dentist didn t talk like he d have to take my old fillings out, he would just fill in the spot that fell out. I m super nervous about it and thinking of skipping going. Anyways, can he fill in the place where it fell out with a different kind of filling stuff instead of having to take the whole thing out?

He is 21 and I'm 20. I know I shouldn't have done it but I've been through a lot in my life and I have a lot of trust issues which my boyfriend knows about. He has never lied to me and I've tried every way possible to catch him in one. He doesn't look at other girls while he is with me and even my mom notices that. I'm supposed to take half of 5 milligrams of alprazolam and 10 milligrams at supper time everyday of citoprolam. I'm worried about it because I've heard of all of the side affects. I took a 0.5mg tablet of alprazolam and cut it in half because my doctor prescribed it to me for anxiety. I don't like it because it scares me and I'm terrified I'm gonna get addicted. Can I just stop takin them since I just took one? Or will I have to keep taking them now?

Okay this may sound crazy but I'm worried. We all know that things happen when you love someone. Like messing around and etc. but Im still a virgin and have no intentions of having sex until I'm married. I stayed a week at my boyfriends house and every morning he would come up stairs and get in his bed with me and we would dry hump and a couple of times I did it in just my underwear but he had his underwear and ball shorts on.
