I am new to running. I started training for this 10k in January and have been doing awesome. Now, all the sudden my knee hurts. After my run on Friday it was sore all weekend. Now it does feel better but certain movements really hurt, like twisting my leg or putting weight on my knee while sitting. The pain is on the inside of knee right next to or almost under my knee cap. I am freaked out. I have never had knee problems before. I was in good shape before just not a runner. I weight train 3 times a week and run at least 3 times a week. What could be the problem? Will I be okay to run hard on Saturday? I really want to finish in 57 minutes or less.

We are flying into Long Beach at the end of September to take a family vacation at Disneyland. However, I would like to take our 8 year old boys to the beach. Where would they have the most enjoyable time? We want to be able to swim and shop and just have a great seaside experience. I've heard the beaches in Long Beach are polluted. This will be our first vacation to California and suggestions would be great.

Is there anyway someone can overcome this? my brother was dishonorably discharged from the Marines during boot camp. He had multiple stress fractures in each foot and they put him in the hospital or whatever and it was going to set him back from graduating when he was supposed to. He went from 3 months in boot camp to like 6 and needless to say he went a little kookoo and attempted suicide. Anyway that was 13 years ago and he is very stable and normal now. I am just wondering if there is anything he can do. We did not even know he couldn't own a gun until last night.

It was such a great book I couldn't put it down. I am looking to start another book that will hold my attention as well as the book did. Any suggestions? I loved how J.D. captured the sarcastic youth fullness of Holden. He was such a smart a$$ even though the book was almost sad. I was laughing hysterically at the same time.

It has to be about 20 dollars. The raffle will be at a family reunion. It is a camp out reunion. What should I get? We have been doing it for like 10 years I am out of ideas for this years reunion.

Do you think that Michael Jackson is really a child molester? I don't I think that yes he may have crossed the line sleeping in the same bed with a child. But I don't believe it was sexual. You know how wonderful it is to sleep next to your children or watch them sleep. I think he was robbed of his childhood and just never really grew up. What kind of a reception was it? What kind of entertainment was there? I need some ideas to make my wedding in September the funnest most memorable wedding for myself and all the guests as well.

I found THE dress but it is about 950 more than I wanted to spend. That may sound like small potatoes to some of you. But my fiance and I are paying for the whole thing our selves and we only have a 10,000 dollar budget.
