Hi I'm a class leader for my NS2 class in NJROTC and last Tuesday I had to inspect the cadets for the first time. After the inspection, I had three cadets complain to me that I hit them on things that they thought were right, but I was only able to tell one of them that I would go to the Class Instructor to fix my mistakes. At the end of the day, I was starting to here rumors that I was a ***** at inspection and again the next morning.

Now I know who was the cadet to start the rumor as I overheard him talking about me yesterday to some cadets. He also cited his 11 orders to the sentry yesterday too and is due for a promotion most likely next inspection day (Tuesday).

What I want to know is how can I tell this cadet that I know what he said about me and punish him accordingly? I don't want to confront him in front of the whole class and make scene. I also don't want to punish him so harshly that he ends up holding a grudge against me because then it'll make my job 2x harder. I'm rather soft spoken and I've never had to discipline my cadets before so I'm a little confused on what to do.....

Back in the day I was a huge fan of wrestling and I wouldn't miss an episode of Smackdown, Raw, or TNA for the world but now I can barely sit through an episode and I only watch it to kill the time. Is there any way I can find it interesting again?

I have never seen ROH, ANA, or any other wrestling shows on cable other than TNA and WWE before do I need to order them or something?

With the East hogging up most of the free agents(excluding the Angels) it looks like the National League East is going to be a little interesting next year with the Marlins beefing up their offense and pitching along with the Nats ever since they signed Gio Gonzalez, while the Braves and Phillies are already good. Obviously the Phillies are still going to win their division with that unstoppable pitching of theirs and The Mutts are finishing last so you fill in the rest, anyone can win the Wild Card and with the addition to the second Wild Card I think that will belong to the NL East too but i want to hear you people's opinions as well so lets do some predicting.

I'm not going to pick someone I've never seen play before so I'm going to say Derek Jeter because of how good he is and how he plays the game with so much respect, he is a true baseball player.

My first Call of Duty game was Modern Warfare 2, before that I played World at War only when I was at my friend's house and I didn't pay attention to it that much but now that I realize how awesome it is I wonder why didn't i like it sooner.
