  • Password error code = System Service Tag Dell?

    My Dell Laptop is locked with the message:

    Password error code System Service Tag Dell

    error code 91012

    can anyone smarter then me help unlock this laptop ?

    Additional details: after I try 3 wrong password the code above is displayed, I believe this could be used to get me a master unlock key or hard drive password, dell.com support was not helpful, I really want to unlock this laptop like today!
