My QH colt just turned 1. What are some working Excersizes that I should do with him? He already has all the basics down. This is my first horse to completely train myself. I no I can't start jumping him for AWHILE. And I haven't ridden yet since he just turned one.

Also at what age do u think is appropriate to get on him and just get him use to someone on his back.

Thanks for the help. I have done alot of research and have horse experience. Alot of people have different opinions on the he to start riding so I am just curious at the opinions I get here.

And as as riding him I am just referring to sitting on his back and walking along roundpen

So I am feeling nauseated, and I no its from lack of sleep. I no prob the only thing that will help this problem is to get a good rest, but I am having to go to work in a little bit. Is there a solution that would help me feel better for work in a little bit?

I am going to get high quality brushes for Christmas this year. What is a great name brand I should look into getting?

So I really want to work with horses, but as everyone knows horses are expensive and cost alot of money. What are some jobs that you or someone you know have that involves horses in some aspect?

And vet school is out of the question.

So I have a 1 yr old colt. I had horses a few years ago and did a worming schedule that consisted of worming every two months rotating the different types of wormers. I was just wondering because of his age and some iv been out this awhile (if anything has changed) if I should continue this regimen or do you have any helpful opinions?

I had two horses a few years ago but had to sell then due to financial reasons. I just recently purchased a colt. I am wanting to clean to my brushes very well due to them being used on another horse and being stored for so long.

I know you can buy products at tack shop to clean them but I don't have alot of money to spend on products like this and they are all fairly cheap end brushes. I have heard dawn dish washing liquid, bleach, and listerine. I would rather not put bleach on anything that will go into his skin.

How do you clean your brushes and what do u use to do it?

So I just bought this 1 year old colt. He is a bit rough lookin and I am wantin to get him looking as good as my old show horses I had to sell due to financial reasons did.

I have never owned a bay horse so am wondering what color enhancing shampoo I should use? I have heard people like Rio Vista but should I use Red for bay horses or Burgandy for brown horses?? I am currently putting MTG on his spots where he has spots from fighting with other horses. Since he is only one I didn't no if I should put anything in his feed yet such as oil or black as night?

So I use to ride alot and owned two horses, but I had to sell them two years ago. I recently just got a yearling. I have all the basic stuff that I need for him.

Since Christmas is comin up my nana and papa are asking what they should get me for Christmas. They refuse to give money or gift cards so that is not even an option and no point in mentioning it (TRUST ME!!). What should I ask for Christmas??

Only have 3 hours to go to the store and fix

So ever since I was little cigarette smoke gave me a horrible headache and nausea. It was never really a huge issue since none of my family smokes and I would just not eat at heavily smoking restraunts. I have moved in with my boyfriend and his family for a little while. Both of his parents smoke. So as you can see now it is a huge issue and I always have horrible headaches and get sick. It is there home and I am not about to ask them to stop smoking because of me.

So what can I do??

I just started work at a cupcake/coffee shop where I live in South Carolina. We have to wear a very specific blue colored top which is hard to find, exspecially now that all the stores have only winter clothing.

So I found 3 shirts that are the right color, and one of the shirts is a sleeveless lace with a color. Since this will be worn at work do u have any ideas of what I could pair it with that would be cute?

He is an 11 month old QH colt who is 14 hands high. Just curious. How tall do u think he will get just quessing. Do not know about parents height.

My mom, my younger sister, and myself got diagnosed with muscular dystrophy Christmas of last year. Me and my mom have been having bad symptoms for years and could never figure out what was the problem until now.

Ever since I can remember I have been having back pain FOREVER. I take OTC med such as ibuprofen, excedrin, ect and it just does nothing for me. I have noticed that it gets incredibly worse during the cold, when I stand for long periods of time, and also when I exercise. I ride horses and it is my passion. But my back pain is just making it intolerable. I also randomly get horrible leg cramps in the middle of the night that wake me up from my sleep.

I was wondering if anyone out there had any advice on what they do to treat there back pain. My mom gets weekly massages, but I cannot afford this. And when I saw my doctor last he just told me to take ibuprofen.

Has anyone ever ridden in or had the Henri de rivel jumping saddle Gordon?

I found this saddle on their website a few years ago but whenever I am looking for a new saddle I have no idea how to get one. I live in South Carolina USA, on there website the closet listing they have is Canada. Surely somewhere in America can get this saddle for me.

But I am just wondering if anyone has ridden it?? People seem to either have a Love or Hate for HDR. Y?

What size blanket should I get for my horse? He is pretty much one and a tad over 14 hands high. I have not been able to measure him for one yet. But since he is still growing should I order a size up or no?

I have an 11month old colt. He is extremely gentle. I walks wonderfully on lead line, will allow to be saddle up fine, just basics he is already taught. What is something that I can do with him to teach him since I can't ride him yet?

I am looking to name my horse. He is only 11 months old. He's a dark bay QH who is goin to be pretty tall we think.

I absolutely LOVE the movie dirty dancing. Do you have any suggestions related to the movie? My absolute favorite part is "no one puts baby in the corner".

On another note what do you think about Bijou (Bi-You).

It would be really fun to see who could come up with something awesome!!
