Hi there. I am looking for nice and friendly preschool cartoons with moral values and life lessons. I find most cartoons today to be very condescending, mindless and /or noisy (Like Dora The Explora, Caillou, Peppa Pig, Blue's Clues). I don't think any of those are appropriate for kids. I also do not want cartoons that have CGI / 3D characters. That's a tactic they use in order to sell toys, teddy bears, dolls and so on because they look like they do in stores.

I want "slice of life" cartoons that respects its viewers. Cartoons about friendship, family and good moral values, with happy moments, sad moments and some scary moments. Just like Little Bear, Franklin, Little Bill and Berenstain Bears. Those are calm, enjoyable and educational kid shows.

So please help me find similar cartoons (and /or dubbed anime).
