  • Serenity Now show up on drug tests?

This is a legal incense (similar to K2 incense) that can be purchased in smoke shops. My question is if this would show up at all in a standard drug test. If anyone has used this product and taken drug tests, can you please let me know if it ever trips it as a false positive? I want to make sure it does not. Thanks.

  • Probation Officer Question?

I was sentenced on July 30 and I called my probation officer to make initial contact. She said she wanted to come by "sometime this week" to verify my residence. When she said that, I figured she meant that she would come by no later than the end of business on Friday. I have plans to go hang out with my girl this weekend, so I won't be here. I'm not leaving the county or state, so I was wondering would they call before they decide to come over? I am not on house arrest or anything, so I don't see how they can expect me to be here all the time. If I am not here, that's not really my fault is it? I guess my main question is will they at least give me a heads up before they are going to come over? I could not be here for a number of reasons (grocery shopping, out to eat, etc) Thanks for any insight you can provide.

  • DWI in North Carolina?

    Hi,

I received a DWI in North Carolina after I was caught speeding. I blew into the portable machine and was over the limit but I have heard those readings are not admissible in court. He did not give field sobriety tests in front of the car, but did do some at the station which he said are not audio/video recorded. I refused the breathalyzer at the station, so they do not have an "actual" reading to prove anything. I know I may lose my license for simply not blowing, but what are my chances of getting convicted of a DWI with no recordings of my sobriety test and no "actual" readings from the breathalyzer machine at the station. Thanks.

  • If my ex-wife was the one to end the marriage, can I sue and get my engagement ring back?

She left me back in September and I just want to know if I have the right to get the ring back since I was the one who obviously paid for it. Thanks.

  • Sean May from the Charlotte Bobcats is the biggest, laziest mooch you could ever see....?

I've been a pretty big fan and this guy has been in a suit for years collecting millions and doing absolutely nothing for the team. What do other Bobcat fans think of this giant waste of cash? He was a draft pick, which shows draft picks are not all that reliable. He even has the nerve to wear jeans with his suit, almost expressing his gratitude for being a useless player. Guess that is the style for a lazy NBA slob that can't do jack for his team....He MUST have a giant contract because I know Larry Brown wouldn't put up with a useless player. Maybe he could be a spokesperson for the local suit shop since he sports them so much...

  • How do the Tampa Bay Buccaneer's fans treat opposing team's fans?

I was wondering if you were to go to Tampa Bay's stadium and root for the opposing team (not being real obnoxious about it), how do the Tampa Bay fans treat them? At some stadiums (i.e. Carolina), they don't bother you too much but at other stadiums (i.e. Philadelphia), they are known to really bother you. Never really have heard about Tampa so how are the fans there? Thanks.

  • Is running on a treadmill a good way to prepare for a 5K?

I usually run on a treadmill 3-4 times per week. When doing it, I run at 6.8 mph for the duration of three miles (no stopping or slowing down). I was wondering if this is enough to prepare for a 5K that will be outside. Thanks for any help or suggestions.

  • Should we put sunscreen on our cat?

Our cat is all white but primarily stays indoors. We live on the third floor of an apartment and he will occasionally go on the porch for about 15-20 minutes a day to take a look at the pool below. Since he is outside for such a short period, should we put sunscreen on his ears and nose or should he be ok? I have just read on here that white cats are more prone to cancer on their ears and noses due to minimal fur in those locations. He also will lay in sun spots that come through the windows as most indoor cats do. Thanks for any advice you can give.

  • Does anyone think McCain really has a chance of winning the presidential election?

I was just wondering if he really has a solid chance of winning. Considering he pretty much wants to continue everything that President Bush has done and considering how low of an approval rating that Bush currently has, how could McCain score enough votes to possibly win? It seems a lot of people want change and McCain is not going to really change anything. What do you guys think?

  • How soon after I receive my last severance check can I apply for unemployment?

I recently lost my job due to the place closing. I am receiving one last severance check on July 3rd that will include two additional weeks of pay on it. I was wondering if I could apply for unemployment the following week after my last check or would I have to wait the additional two weeks since they are including that on the last check. I am in the state of North Carolina if it matters. Thanks.

  • Is it OK to save passwords in Mozilla Firefox?

I've been using it for awhile and was wondering if it is secure to save passwords so you do not have to enter them each time you visit a certain page. It's really convenient but I want to make sure it is secure.

  • Where can I find Mountain Dew bottles with the art on them in North Carolina?

I've seen these bottles in magazines and think they would be cool to collect. I know you can buy them on eBay, but does anyone know if you can find them in NC? I am in the Charlotte area, so if you know of a place, please let me know! Thanks.

  • Anyone think the Patriots are a bunch of cheaters?

First, they got caught cheating earlier this season. And now, a Boston paper is saying that they were caught taping the Rams' practice in 2002. I hope they get their tails whooped by the Giants. Lets end their perfect season the right way....

  • What is a game that is as good as Resident Evil 4 for the PS2?

I just got done beating Resident Evil 4 after playing it for about three weeks. I thought the game was awesome. But now that I have beat it, I have nothing to do. Can someone recommend a game that is similar to RE4? The blood/gore and horror of it all was great. Thanks for your suggestions.

  • Who would be thrilled to see Michael Vick booted from the NFL?

I would stoked to see him booted. I am a Carolina Panthers fan and I know that without Vick on the team, Atlanta doesn't really have a chance. What do you guys think? Would ATL have a chance without him?

I brought a bottle to work and would rather just keep it on my desk instead of putting it in the fridge. Is it required to be refrigerated? Thanks.

  • Is eating a ham and cheese sandwich 2-3 times a week bad for you?

I go to a place called Sub Station II 2-3 times a week and I always get the same thing. I get a 6 inch ham and cheese with lettuce, tomatoes and oil on it. I'm just wondering if eating this much ham is a bad thing. Since it's a sandwich, maybe I have the false perception that it is healthy. Please let me know your thoughts. Thanks.
