My aunt has an older Suburban and got in an accident. She is doing fine, nothing major happened. I want her suburban. Honestly the damage wasn’t all that bad in my opinion and I have people who can fix it. But the insurance is declaring it a total loss and sending her a check for it, she can keep the car for a cheap price and then sell it to me. There’s no question I’m keeping it and fixing it. She is in California and I am in Texas. My question is about the branding of the title...since her car has been declared a total loss, California law demands that she forfeits her clean title for a salvage one. Can I simply buy the car from her and register it in Texas without having to declare it salvage? I would save myself a lot  of time and money from the insurance I will need. It is a 2002 vehicle that I will keep for myself until it can’t run anymore, not tricking anyone and no one is profiting from this transaction in an illegal way. Has anyone had something similar or an experience in this?

Just experienced the Padres get 9 hits, 9 runs in the same inning. The inning ended on a single by Ludwick (Jason Bartlet got thrown out trying to make it to 3rd). The bad thing is that Orlando Hudson was up next and he was the only one that still did not have a hit in the inning because he had previously been intentionally walked, in his first AB of the inning. So ive been with my girlfriend a long time, but her mom has always been against it and weird about it. The latest news is i visited my girlfiend at her house when no one was there and the mom got there. We werent doing anything wrong but i kinda sneaked out because i wasnt sure how the mom would react. She found out and now shes really pissed and has given her daughter two simple options. 1) Get with me(as in married now, we`re only 18 years old) or 2) Dont stay with me and not see me behind her back, and in return her mom will pay her College, which she starts in a couple months and of course other needs my girlfriend might have. Basically, she will remain dependent on her mom...I made the decision with her(my gf) that i will wait for her. Give her the time she needs to fix things at home and start, at least, getting independent with things and all of that. Did i do the right thing? is there anything else to do? I know the waiting will be hard, and i think im scared...sooo. Now what?

I have a Girl that i have liked since the middle of 05...we both love each other. Now and then i get the feeling of her being too perfect...that maybe she can find someone thats better. I dont like getting the feeling that she might find someone who she could work with, but not being able to be with him because shes with me. Im afraid of losing her. The only thing here is...Nothings wrong between us really. We`re mad in love with each other. Even she says shes afraid of losing me. I feel shes perfect for me but i keep thinking i want her to "go out there and try to see if she can replace me with better". I`ll wait for her as much as i have to. Also, she is going to a good University real soon and im not. I know she`ll meet new people...especially because she is so nice and beautiful. I dont know what i should do or say...would someone help organize a speech or simply a thing i could say to make it better? or just tell me what im doing or feeling wrong. Thanks..
