Hey everyone,
I am closing on a house next friday and I just got the mortgage commitment letter yesterday but due to the stimulus package, I decided that I I can afford a bigger down payment, does anybody know if I'm allowed to do that?
Also, I called my mortgage company and left voicemails but i'm really itching for an answer!
Thanks!
2 AnswersRenting & Real Estate1 decade agoRadio shut off then restarted, Battery issue?
Hi there,
So driving to work today, my car radio (not a factory one) just shut off, I looked to see if anything else was shut off but it was fine, so then after about 30 secs my radio came back on but none of my pre-sets were still there. Do you guys think that this could be a battery issue?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
6 AnswersMaintenance & Repairs1 decade agoGot rear-ended last Saturday...plz help?
We got rear-ended on Saturday. We were stopped at the light and I guess the lady looked down for a second and hit us. I have back problems so it was hurting a little that day but has not been bad until today, my neck seems to be getting a little stiff. The problem is, I just spoke to the other lady's insurance company earlier today and they asked me if I planned on going to see the doctor due to the accident. I said no bc I wasn't going to but now I'm thinking I should because I have also heard it might get worse after time.I will go to doctor this week but what do I do about her insurance co? Do I call them back and say that I have changed my mind or something? I just don't know how to go about this.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
7 AnswersInsurance & Registration1 decade agoCan I charge Taxes for non-food Items when people buy goods on my website?
I just started and registered my business with the Massachusetts department of Revenue. Here in Massachusetts, non-food items are taxed 5%. Can I charge this tax for goods when people buy items on my website? Even if they are not from Massachusetts?
