Here is my dilemma.... I got an email today regarding a plagiarism on my homework... Well, what happen is that I stumble upon the solution manual, and so I wrote it down as a reference so I can check my hw result later. I have to get the hw done properly as it might be on the test, I did 3/4 questions and just put a bunch of them together and went to sleep that night. The next day, I submitted the wrong paper and now I got charged with plagiarism... My room is filled up with papers and bill as I taking 5 seniors classes.... I totally mess this up but my question is should I bring up this dilemma and talk to the professor so she can consider dropping the charge and give me a 0 instead? I live in Virginia if this help.

So, thing is my suv was parked in front of my place, and about midnight, somebody hit it from the right rear and the suv's rear move out of the line to the left. Luckily, she left her information and called her insurance. They agree to fix my car, but can I request the body shop to replace with OEM parts? Also since this is a pretty new suv, only 1K mileages on it at the moment, can I ask the shop to replace damage parts instead of repair them?

My mom went to the ER before and when we get out of the hospital, all the charges were clear. Now we get some bills saying it is the cost of ER and cr@p by a company call BestPractices, Inc. I have no way to find out if these bills are legit or not.... Seriously, now it is tough to find out. I am not sure whether I have to pay it or not.

Note that my mom went to ER twice, and the statements sent home by BestPractices, Inc has some information that make me think this is bogus cause they attach different URL address to pay online, different fone number, and different physical billing address... What can I do to verify the information sent by them?

I just graduate from college and have a yearly income of 65K as a Software engineer. Right now I looking for a compact SUV for about 30K and under, can any of you give me advices on which cars should be considered? I'm biased toward Japanese car btw...

Idk where to start, but I think I would try my best to put everything out so you guys can have the better picture. First of all, thank you for taking your time to read my story, I am really appreciate it. I am not native english speaker, so there would be some grammatical errors, please bear it with me, though I would try my best to express myself clearly. Also, we both from Asian family and our parents do control us to a great degree... we still living with the parents.

I met my current gf, and she is my first too, about 3 years ago thru a friend. We hit it off pretty fast, just after 1 month, we r bf and gf. At first, everything went perfectly fine, we care for each others, and try to go out as much as we can. I was an introvert person. Before I met her, all I do is go to school, then gaming. I didn't have any social life, nor having experience with girls before.

Everything was fine, there were this and that arguments, but none to be so bad. However, one problem usually the cause of our arguments, my family.

Even though her parents are strict, and she had to follow what they said, I am usually ok with whatever she want. It is different for me. My mother usually call me, and it annoys her. I spent great deal of time with my gf, and my mom need to me focus on our family too. Gf hated that.... she often says I choose my family over gf and keep bring up breaking up everytime we argue. Today problem is also because of this. I am a really easy guy, every time we have issues, 99% it is me to say sorry, to console her.... But it appears that she becomes the boss in our relationship. I really love her and I need to fix this issue... Are there any advices you guys could give me?

I know I am stupid, stealing stuffs... and I had to pay back, but will clearn bar me from that job?

Can you guys give me some opinions and advice? My mom had this before and I think it is blood poisoning, but I have a hard time convince him to go to ER.

My over all GPA now is 2.82 and I have 124 credits, long story shorts, I took many science classes... so it kinda weird. If i get an F in a 3 credit class now, how that take my GPA down? I mean how much

Is that bad? It is more or less a elective class, I dont need it as requirement.

Terrible.... My ipad and mac work good, so i assume i lucky. But then when it my sis turn to get one, her safari app keep crashing. And the tech guy in the store, all they do is reset to factory setting. I come there 4 times already and same issue persist

So here is the situation. My family is buying a home, and we going to put down maybe 100K or so, but then our bank has around 40K. So one of the uncle said he can send us 60K to put a down payment on the mortgage, the one doing the loan for us said it ok, no tax at all, many did it. So we shopping for a home, and we found a really nice one in a nice neighborhood, big yard and all, but one thing is that it has a railway behind..... though we have fence and stuffs, it is rather annoying to see a train coming and going... is there a way to check for train activity in a specific neighborhood? Any of you in the same situation and find it annoying?

I think I will get the image stabilization feature since I would like to handheld it all the time. Here the difference in price is huge, I know I know, but taking aperture into account, is there such a big difference between the f/4 vs. f/2.8???? I heard the 2.8L IS II USM is dam good and a big improvement over the first 2.8L IS, so if i get, i definitely getting the II, not I. But then again seeing the f/4L, @_@... I not sure.. between those, what is the better choice. I may use it for indoor and outdoor. In door, prob gf's graduation day in a big hall :D

I using a T1i right now, but collecting prime lens before upgrade to another body. I am debating between 60D vs 7D, thoughts?

I am an amateur for now, but reading review and see the quality of the photos from this lens, I really drool over it, so I would like to ask at what body that would use this lens to a great extent? 60D? 7D? or 5DMarkII?
