I took a pregnancy test on the date my period was due (Friday) and got a weak positive, confirmed by another test yesterday. Cramping started last night, spotting this morning and although I'm not even bleeding as heavily as a period, I think I'm probably going to miscarry as the cramps feel pretty full on now. If I go to my GP on Monday, what are they likely to do? If I was 6+ weeks they could send me for a scan but nothing will show up at this stage, so will they just make a note and send me home?
FYI: I had a miscarriage at 9 weeks last year.

I've taken two early pregnancy tests in the last 48 hours as I have lots of symptoms. Both have been negative at 3 minutes when the instructions said to read them, but have shown positive by 10 minutes. Is this just showing I have really low levels of HCG at the moment, or will all tests show a positive result if left long enough?
