Realistically, How much weight could I lose by Jan. 1 2014 simply by eating healthy and doing body weight workouts plus skipping and running? Im 3 days into eating healthy (mostly fruits and vegetables, lean chicken, some nuts, salads, and some pasta and nothing processed). The first two days were hard but I am starting to fell much better now. I dont want to lose more than 40-50 lbs which im pretty sure isnt going to happen that fast anyway. I was just wondering if someone could ball park it for me, maybe from personal experience. also body weight workout tips are encouraged.
