I have 2 angiokeratomas located on the head of my penis. I heard that tea tree oil along with coconut oil together can cure them. Is there any truth to this ? Also,  how do you use /mix this combination?  Is there anything other product that would work to get rid of these?

can I use a company's logo on MY website if I link the logo back to the company's main website?

I am starting a website about drones/uav's.One of my pages will be about training/education and obtaining a uav pilot's license. I am looking for an affiliate program that pays a commission for sending traffic to a school,training course or program that prepares people for their UAV pilot license. Can a wife quitclaim a deed to her property to her husband? There is no lien,mortgage or any thing attached to the property. (Right now, the property is soly in the wifes name) The wife needs to get the property out of her name because of financial problems before her creditors attach a judjement / lien on the property. We live in New York.

My wife owns some real estate which is solely owned by her and is free and clear (no lein,mortgage etc.) Can she "give" me or "sell" me the property so it is solely in my name? Perhaps a quit claim deed? We live in NY

When I enter my domain in a search i get a "index of/" page but if I add "/dir" to the end of my domain it will go to my homepage. Any suggestions?

www.example.com- I get "index of /"

When I enter my domain into a search i get "index of/" page instesd of my home page. Can anyone help? I'm sure it's just a setting somewere but, I'm not sure where.I'm building my website with wordpress and using Namecheap hosting for a host

My domain name has "/dir/" attached to it after the .com and it is keeping my domain name from properly loading. It looks like this:

dronesolo.com/dir/

if I punch in the above address it goes to my website but if I drop the /dir/ it wont go.

Can anyone help?

I live in ny and I surrendered my home in chapter 7. about 3 yrs ago.My name is still on deed and I was wondering if I can do a quit claim deed to get my name off title. I'm pretty sure I only need one signature on the quit claim for it to be legal (the grantor). I know this is a sneaky way of doing this, but is it legal? The bank wont do a deed of lieu says the house is too much underwater.Short sale wont work either. This may be my only option other than foreclosure. Can this be done?

I can usually find there products cheaper on ebay. Forget about Doba, Worldwide brands etc. they are nothing more than middlemen.Does anyone know of a legitimate distributor? or can someone point me in the right direction?

When I filed bankruptcy 2 yrs.ago,I put my home on the list of things to be discharged Bankruptcy went thru and the house mortgage was discharged..I no longer want the house or anything to do with it. It seems my name is still on the deed.The bank hasn't gone thru foreclosure yet The bank put a lock on the house 2 years ago and I don't have any access to it. If my name is still on the deed and the bank didn't foreclose do they have a right to put a lock on it?Thought about going the deed of lieu route but, the bank wants us to have a real estate agent go inside the house and inspect it.Like I mentioned I have NO access to the house. I feel as if I'm getting the run around.Is there anything I can do to get my name off the deed? Maybe a quit claim deed? BTW I live in upstate N.Y.
