I accidentally blocked my laptop's heat-output vent & it shut down...Permanent damage?
My laptop, thank goodness, restarted after I let it cool down. Should I be worried that I may have drastically altered it's lifespan or caused some other damage and have it looked at now?

I play The Sims Life Stories on my computer and I had what's called Custom Content. Since I had alot of it and didn't want to lose it if I had a crash or something, I had a copy saved on two 8 gig flash drives. My old computer's monitor died...too expensive to fix, so I bought a new computer (Gateway NV53 with Windows 7). If I plug my flash drives into my new computer, will it be able to read them or do I have to do something else in order for them to work when I install them into my game?

Yesterday, Thursday, July 23, I answered my limit...I THOUGHT, that when the clock hit and went past midnight, I'd be able to answer questions again. Nope. So....anybody know how long you're on "hold" after answering your limit?
