  • Breast implant positioning questions?

    I am getting breast implants in 5 weeks, I have had my consult, paid a deposit, set the surgery date, but having troubles deciding on over or under the muscle. I am getting shaped cohesive silicone gel implants but indecisive when it comes to over or under the muscle. My doctor recommends I do over but the big risk that affects me is by doing any chest workouts can cause them to shift outwardly. Does anyone have implants? Are they over or under? What looks/feels more natural? Anyone with under have an issue with working out?
