I ordered something off Amazon from a certain company, but it didn't show up as described/advertised, so I gave them a negative review (3/5 stars).

That company has contacted me about a refund, but I declined it, because it wasn't a big deal. Now, they are asking me to remove my review. That is very dishonest to me and misleading for other people who want to buy from them, so I won't. But, I feel like they might not let up without a fight... Should I be concerned?

(and you don't have to like them back); Like do they do something weird, do they tell you, or something else?

What would you say?

Just the other day while I was listening to my ipod, it stopped playing or just froze. I had to reset it 3 times. Maybe it's because the battery was 1/4 full or it's about to stop working; I don't know. I heard that they only last for a year or two after you buy it. I REALLY don't want to lost any music I bought, so should I switch to Zune or just get another ipod?

I'm a sophomore in high school and I really want to go to NYU. I'm supposedly moving to Georgia from Ohio. The school I currently attend does extremely well academically. I'm wondering if I transfer to a school that is not as strong academically if that will hurt my chances at all when I apply to NYU?

I'm on the track team this year and I'm trying to make it to gmc's. I'm fast when I'm running/jogging but I get tired too quickly. How can I run longer and faster? (thanks)

its like a thought comes to me when i'm making a hard decision then i just get confused if its me, God, or the devil...cuz i don't want to screw up something important in my life by doing something wrong.

I'm using Windows Media Player to burn my cds but i hate the 2 second pauses it adds to the songs. Is there any way I can set it to stop doing that?
