What do you think about participatory democracy in ancient Greece?
I'm quite amazed at the political and cultural legacy that a few thousand people during a few generations left for the thousands of millions today, and at their achievements in equality, specially compared to their geographic and historical environment. Yet, for some reason we're not using the model of democracy (participatory) that worked best for them.
