I'm going to get myself a new PC, so I'd like to know if these parts are compatible with each other.

Graphics card: Club Radeon HD 6850 CoolStream Edition

Processor: AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition C3

Motherboard: Asus M4A87TD/USB3

Case: Gigabyte GZ-X2 ATX (no power supply)

Power supply:OCZ StealthXstream 2 500W ATX

HDD: Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA3

RAM: Kingston 4096MB 1066MHz DDR3 CL7 (x2)

I've got an offer on a desktop PC, Acer Aspire M5400 (no brand-ism, now!) and I'd like to know if it will be able to run modern games such as MW2, Homefront, Metro 2033, etc. with at least medium graphics.

Specs:

CPU: AMD Athlon II X4 635 2.9 GHz

GPU: NVIDIA GTX460 1GB

Memory: 6 GB DDR3 1066 MHz

HDD: 1.5 TB SATA

I know the GPU will do OK, but will the combination with the CPU do well?

I just installed them both, and I can't seem to be able to access 4chan. I can access the website perfectly from my iTouch and a friend's laptop, but can't do it on mine.

I need a program that opens up as fast as MS Paint (almost instantly) and doesn't have shitloads of functions like PhotoShop - I just need something simple for cropping, resizing, adding text w/o any fx.

I have the Gimp, but it takes 10 minutes to "search for fonts" in the splash screen.

I'm downloading a big file (~4GB) with uTorrent 2.2.1 (I think) and it takes at least 7 minutes for the torrent to start downloading with the max. speed. Why is this?

A friend of mine stomped on my foot last week, and it's still hurting when I use it.

I've been planning for a while now about moving to the States with a British friend, and I'd like to know the best places (states, cities) to live in (study, get a job, etc.).

I currently live in Scandinavia (can clarify if necessary) and I'd like to move to a low-crime and possibly an area with low to moderate living expenses.

That's about it, so I have Left 4 Dead, many people have said it wouldn't run but after overclocking my CPU to 2.3GHz, it works smoothly with lowest graphics settings.

I'm kinda like out of ideas, any good games which need only a...medium amount of hardware to run?

I heard he will be the director of the film adaptation of the Hunger Games.

What do you guys think? Is he *worth* the Hunger Games?

Okay, so I have Adobe After Effects, but I don't have a good camera yet (going to get one in a month), so is there any place I could get some source videos? By source videos, I mean just normal videos without too much shaking and not aiming at a person. I was thinking about a little bit like a shot of a street in N.Y. or some big city with some cars and a street.

Okay, so I'm in junior high and there's this cute girl I have a crush on. She's kinda short like me, but she has told she likes a guy who is at least 30cm taller than her. He likes someone else, but this girl...i don't know..it's like she thinks she is living a dream where everything is possible (no offense).

As always, the junior high terms end with a ball. I was thinking about asking her to dance with me there, but she has told a friend of mine (a girl) that she's going to try ask him.

Do I have a chance? Is there anything I can do?
