I have my Polygraph test Friday for HPD and I was just wondering if anyone would share their experiences. I have nothing to lie about so I don't think there should be a problem...just curious as to how it went for other people.

I have 3 dogs...2 are Heelers and the other is a maltese/westie. The maltese/westie will not stop using my carpet as a bathroom! I take all the dogs outside several times a day, i pick the water up near bedtime so she can't have anymore and she is outside all day with the other two dogs while i am at work. Every chance she gets (even when she has just been outside) she pees on the carpet! I am having the carpet and the pad replaced in one room and I dont want her to start up again.

I want to crate her at night but she will bark all night! any suggestions? I am to the point where i am ready to put her up for adoption but I dont want to do that!

I am taking dance lessons and I thought this was a Waltz but the instructor told me it was a Rumba (which is the same box step but to a different beat) but I though Rumba was Latin.

I looked at several websites and all of them just say "slow dance". I am not in high school and I am not going to just sway back and forth.

I am trying to build an ammorization table in Excel. I know the formulas but for some reason the payments that excel says i should be making do not match the payments and interest that i am paying per the loan agreement. Please let me know if you catch anything I didnt.

Loan start date 11/03/08

APR: 6.74%

Original Loan Amount: 10891.77

Number of payments: 60

Payments are monthly...

Now given that if you build an ammorization table in excel it tells me that my payments should be 216.11 BUT the amount per the loan agreement is 215.87 and the intersted does NOT match what the amorization chart says.

For example here are my payments

Nov: P= 187.48 I=28.39

Dec: P=166.04 I=49.83

Jan: P=133.45 I=82.42

I don't get what i am doing wrong or what is going on...Please help. Email me if you need more info

Okay I know the question is confusing. Here is what happened.

I have a thumbdrive with some excel documents on them. I upgraded my Excel at home and didn't realize that my work computer was Excel 2003 and now my home computer is excel 2007. So I made a TON of changes at my home computer and then came to work and started messing with my spreadsheet. I saved it and then realized that all the changes I had made at home were not showing up!

I read up on how to open 2007 files in 2003 by saving them in 2003's format...but its a little late now.

When I go home and plug my thumbdrive into my home computer are all the changes I had made on that computer at home going to show back up or is the last thing I did in the 2003 format going to show up?

If that is confusing let me know and i will try to explain better.

I spend about an hour on the elliptical/cross-trainer and after a hard workout and my breathing gets back to normal I seem to start coughing a lot. Is this normal because my lungs just took a beating?

I bought my dress 2.5 years ago (was supposed to have my wedding on Nov. 11 2006 but got deployed to Iraq and had to postpone the whole thing.) When I got my dress I was so excited and it was all I could think about. We are already married and just having a reception/anniversary party whatever you want to call it...and i can not help but looking at all these other beautiful dresses and starting to feel dissapointed in mine.

Did this happen to anyone else? were you happy with your original dress on your wedding day?

I got back from Iraq a year ago and when I first came back I was diagnosed with PTSD. I took medication and sleeping pills for months but it got too expensive and with my doctors help I was weened off of them.

Well the other day a truck hit the loading dock and it shook the whole building and it has triggered the nightmares again. Also I have noticed I am not myself anymore....I can not remember what it was like to be happy and feel pleasure. I only feel Anger and emotional pain.

I have heard horror stories that the VA doesnt do anything. I need help but i can not afford these perscriptions on my own.

Does anyone have an experiences they can share?

I have been on a diet for about a month now and I can not seem to feel full! I am trying to keep my calories at about 1500-1700. So far I snack on Bananas, Apples, Cottage Cheese, Celery with Peanut butter, almonds and drink LOTS of water. But I am ALWAYS hungry!

People say to drink more water and it will make you less hungry...I discovered that drinking more water makes you less thirsty! (just as suspected) Drinking water just seems to piss my stomach off and give me stronger hunger pangs!

Can you give me some examples of Healhty foods that I can eat that will help curb my hunger. Also I know the obvious that if i am hungry to eat...but I need HEALHTY food please.

For the past month I have started working out and have lost 9 lbs...but in exchange for that I have started an on and off period. My husband REFUSES to have sex during "that time" even though sometimes the flow is barely there. Yet he is getting all bent out of shape about us not having sex. It has been almost a month. I am going to the doctor next week to make sure there is nothing wrong with me...but I hardly see this as MY problem! I don't mind doing it during "that time" but if he is the one disgusted isnt it HIS problem???

My wedding was supposed to be on Nov 11, 2006 but I found out I was getting deployed so we got married in May instead. I had to cancel everything but all the vendors were nice enough to hold the deposits for me. I am now just having a wedding reception with our family and friends. The invitations state reception and I am not having a "fake" wedding. My question is...would you come to a wedding receptions that was post poned for 2 years due to a deployment.

I have been running about 4 miles on the treadmill every other day for the past 3 weeks. I have been getting some bad pains in my shins usually only when I run...so I tried to lay off the running. The pain gets better once I get warmed up. Well now the pain hurts while walking sometimes but especially when I go down the stairs. I used to get shin splits when I was in the Army and ran alot but I can't remember if this feels like the same pain. I know there is a muscle that goes over the shin...am I not stretching it enough? Any Ideas.

There is a woman who works out at the gym I go to. I don't know her and have never spoken to her. She is a very attractive and fit woman and is getting looked at by men all the time.

Well yesterday I was doing some crunches and I saw all the guys looking at her and kind of giggling. So out of curiosity I looked and she was doing some exercise that required her to bend over and she was wearing spandex type pants. Well she had a sweat spot on her crotch and every time she bent over you could see it. I wanted to suggest to her that maybe she should wear a panty liner while working out....but would you want to be approached for something like this?

Should I say something to her or do nothing? I didn't know where to put this so I thought diet and fitness would be best since it is gym related.

I am a budget freak! After taking Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace Class I have really straightened out how our spending goes. Part of my problem is nothing was going to savings and I didn't have any sort of retirement fund. Anyway My husband really wants nothing to do with the budgeting and left it up to me.

We have 1 joint account and each have 1 personal account. Each week we get $25 for whatever we want to spend it on (in our personal accounts) and $100 to spend on family things. I factor in our grocery list money to make lunches for us to bring to work...so if he wants to eat out he has to use his $25/week for that. The problem is he keeps overdrawing his bank account (several overdraws in 1 time period!) i got tired of bailing him out and I am not going to do it anymore. Then he also Downloads stuff on his phone (this costs too much) so i had to block downloads from the phone

I am at my wits end and don't know how to get him to understand that until our credit card and our cars are paid off we need to stick to a tight budget! I already had to refinance my car to make ends meet.

it also doesn't help that my ex isn't paying his child support so i am having to budget extra money for my daughters college fund.

How do it get it through his head that he needs to be more responsible with his money!

I know a lot of women who are trying to lose weight...some of them right here at work. Well I finally decided after just half trying that it was time to lose the 20 lbs i gained last year. I am going to the gym every day and eating right and seeing results.

Well now all these women who I often supported just give me the evil eye when I have met a goal of some sort. I mean I finally went from a size 12 to a 10 and my goal is to at least get back into my size 8 clothes and no one has said any form of congratulations to me!

I also make a big deal out of others accomplishments to keep them encouraged...i dont get it!

Okay i have been watching the biggest loser and they do those "last chance" workouts for maximum weight loss...now I don't know how long before the weigh in they do those workouts.... but my question is does the fat burn during the workout?

completely hypothetical situation: lets say I worked out for several hours would I lose 5 lbs during the workout...or would it be after the work out. When does the fat actually come off?

Its just a curious question.
