I hear this in the news almost every time a celebrity dies. How would their family know the precise moment when they were going to die, in order to be around them??

Usually this is from around 3 or 4am onwards, and I wake up unable to sleep, consumed by post traumatic stress. Is there a reason why it happens only at this time (early morning) that I feel I'm going to go crazy and do something insane like hurt myself or someone else? It's draining and affects my relationship with others. My judgment is totally different at this time. I feel very stressed, angry and teary.

Is it ok to wear a sort of work skirt casually? It's basically a woolen dark grey, just touches my knee and has small pleats at the back. Could I wear it to say, an outing with friends and get away with it? Or should work skirts be strictly for work?

I'd like to know, does the hair start curling or do the chemicals put in the hair begin to wear off from the first hairwash after the procedure? The guy I'm seeing said to me today "I know I treat you pretty shitty" and something like "I'm sure it's only a matter of time before you find better".

I initially played along and agreed with what he said, and then I became upset about these comments. He later tried to justify it as being a compliment. I reallly don't feel like it could be a compliment and I told him not to try and draw blood from a stone, so to speak. It feels more like head-games after the fact.
