Okay, here is what happened we were only gone for a short time but when we got home, there was a package left for my 12 yr old daughter inside our home, in the box it contained a naked barbie doll with the boobs and nipples drawn on it along with a crotch in red glitter, they even put it around the neck and in the eyes of it. Then she went into my daughters room and destroyed her posters and took on of her bratz dolls and drew body parts on it. I already told the police, they said a crime wasn't comitted. How do I know it was a girl? Because that girl wrote and passed the letter to my daughter herself at school asking her how she liked the barbie doll. I thought last time I checked, unlawful entry was against the law. She's always been a wild child. That's the most I could say about her and does anyone know what the hell this doll reprsents since the girl put the red glitter in its eyes and around its neck? Sorry for my language but I am really at a loss here?

I'm giving you a detailed background before I post my question and please, don't pass judgement, there's enough of that going on. Okay, it starts off a year in a half ago and leads up to now, A year in a half ago, so that would have made her 9 1/2 I believe, I'm not the best in math but anyway my 11 year old daughter's biological father had her on one of his weekends and he left alone in the care of his teenage, autistic son, (her half brother) Anyway, her brother inapropriatly touched her and when she told me, yes, I ammediatly told CPS because it is my job to protect her. He hasn't seen her in a year in a half. There is still a pending investigation against him as well as a pending court case. Recently, someone made a call to CPS and said that my current husband, my 11 year old's step father had been molesting her and inapropriatly touching her. Well, a CPS worker went to my child's school first, before visiting me which I understand because it's protocol. Anyway, my 11 year old cheerfully told him that nothing happened. When he visited me, he told me that I had to get her examined by her doctor so I did, and the tests came back negative. I also have a 3 year old daughter with my current husband and I had to have her tested to and it also came back negative. The doctor and a nurse talked privatly with my 11 year old after her exam and she cheerfully told them nothing happened. CPS is not satisfied wtih that, now they are accusing my husband of having sexual fantasies about her and they had it court ordered for him to reside outside the home. I don't know who the accusor is, I suspect it to be my ex since if my husband gets committed for the crime he didn't commit, my ex's court case gets dismissed automatically. They have been constantly watching my husband and where he is staying to make sure he doesn't sneak off and see me. We're obeying the rules. Anyway, just yesterday, that CPS went to my 11 year old's school, got her out of her 3rd hour class just to tell her that her dad had called them and he hasn't seen her in a year in a half. He also tried pumping her for information asking her who all lives with me. She told him that currently it's just me, her and her 3 year old sister which is the truth. She came home upset about this. Is any of this stuff illegal? Can I do anything about the way we are being treated and about that CPS worker visting her at school just for that? What are my rights?

I know he screams in Ghosts and They Don't Really Care About Us (the Brazil versain) but what other videos does he scream in?

Okay, you might think I'm just joking around because this question is so unusual but I'm seriouse about it. I told my doctor that my ear itches all the time. The inside of it and she told me to put a thin layer of vaseline on a qtip and put it in my ear to stop the itching. Is this true?

I have a really good question and maybe some of you can relate. I don't know. Okay, two girls still in elementary school get into a fight, one is a bully and the other is the one being bullied. The one being bullied finally got fed up so she popped the bully in the nose and gave her a bloody nose, Now, kids will fight, I'll give you that but the mother of that bully called the police on the other girl that finally faught back. Yes, the police came and had a little chat with her about jail and such because that is now called assult. Okay, let's skip on to another one, when we were young, A boy would chase us and try to kiss us and guys, vise versa for you and we ran because according to us, the one persuing us had cooties. Back then, it was called trying to steal a kiss, when one kid would follow us home, it was considered innocent because they had a cute little crush. Now it's called stalking. One day, a boy came up to my daughter and she was in the 3rd grade, a boy came up to her and told her that another boy liked her, sounds innocent doesn't it? Well, my daughter went up to that other boy and said "I know you like me but I don't like you." When the boy got home, he told his mom and she told the school that if it happens again, she is calling the police on my daughter for sexual harrassment. Many of you may think that she's in the right and many may think, "Gee, this whole thing is stupid." Now, having got that out of the way, let me pose my question to you with examples in it, we covered kids fighting now being considered assult, no weapons involved. Kids teasing kids about who likes who or trying to steal a kiss is now called sexual harrassment, Kids following another kid home because of a crush is still now called stalking, One thing I did not mention is that kids calling eachother names is called verbal assult.My personal opinion is to let kids be kids, let them work out their own problems even if it means a punch in the nose unless weapons are involved and the bullying is becoming too violent. Mostly these are grownup laws, kids are still learning and most adults already knows the laws and consenques. My question is this, why are kids made to follow the grown up laws when they are too young to vote on what those laws should be?

My ex-husband is gay, that should not matter but to the court where I live, it does. He has decided to stop paying child support again and the Friend of The Court is not reinforcing it. I know one person was a week late on paying child support and they were going to arrest him and his boss unless he paid up immediatly, but they are being lenient on my ex because he is gay. How do I know this? Because when I called to complain that I haven't been recieving any child support and I want something done about this, they tried to say that I was gay bashing which is WRONG. Anyway, because of his sexual orientation, they are giving him special treatment. I want his personal lifestyle kept out of the court and start treating him like everyone else. He is still a human being and his sexual orientation should not be a factor in this case. When I issued my complaints on him not paying child support, I keep his personal lifestyle out of it because it is no concern of mine but the Friend of The Court uses that to allow him extra leniancy when other straight parents do not get that same leniency. What should I do to get equal treatment and to get the Friend of The Court off of their butts and start going after him for child support regardless of his sexual orientation?

I've visited the internet on Skype and I'm hearing all wonderful things about it that seems way to good to be true and if anyone knows can you please tell me? What if you had Skype and you called a non skype customer, will it cost you extra? What if you already have high speed internet through your phone company and then you switched over to skype? Will you loose you internet service?

I hooked my DV camera up to my computer using Easy Cap USB adapter, It's all hooked up, I'm not lacking anything but when I try to capture video like the instructions said, it still says no input signal or signal is unclear. Am I doing something wrong? Is my DV camera hooked up wrong? Please help!!!!

I know a person who is really into saving the plannet, mother earth and animals but she treats four legged animals better than people. She treats people like her family and husband like crap but her pets better. Do you think she thinks that animals are better than peopl? what is your take on all this that I said?

I know this woman, she has this young adult son who lives in adult foster care. She lost him to the state when he was young because they felt she couldn't take care of him. After knowing her, I can't blame them. Anyway, Now, the foster parents are offering to let him live with her. She lives alone and has a boyfriend that does not live with her. She told me that now she doesn't want her son living with her because she has a future with her boyfriend. I told her that is a poor reason for not wanting her own son back. She asked if that made her a bad mother. I told her that there are different definitions to being a bad mother but she is selfish. Then she told me that well, he's had to handle. When he gets mad, he becomes violent. For one thing, if she called me and listed that as her first reason, I wouldn't get so angry with her but it wasn't her first reason. It's an excuse. Her boyfriend was her first reason. So, does it make her a bad mother?

Just a midnight walk, she feels the cold rain kiss her face.

I am looking for a usb cable to hook my camcorder to my computer. It's a JVC camcorder and the model number is GR - SXM37U. I know that's important. Does anyone know what kind of USB cable I could buy for it that will fit or what kind it takes? I would appreciate any help you could give me.
