Mi trovo a dover compilare il 730 e a dover ricavare il reddito catastale/domenicale etc. di una casa e di alcuni terreni dal modello unico dell'anno precedente. Le istruzioni avvisano che devo segnare il reddito puro e semplice, mentre quello nel modello unico è incrementato di una certa percentuale (70% e 80% per i redditi domenicali e agrari, 5% per il reddito catastale).

In teoria quindi dovrebbe essere possibile ricavare il reddito originale dividendo per 1.7 (per i redditi incrementati del 70%), per 1.8 (per quelli all'80%) o per 1.05 (pe i redditi allo 0.5%).

Il problema è che mi vengono valori non interi. In almeno un caso addirittura un 3 periodico. Immagino significhi che c'è già stato un arrotondamento all'origine.

Sapete come posso fare per ricostruire l'importo corretto? per varie ragioni mi risulta complicato andare a chiedere al catasto.

I'm not entirely satisfied with my personality (shyness and a few other traits I'd like to improve). Looking around I saw many references to NLP as an effective technology to affect my character. However I also noticed people claiming it's just a new age pseudoscience. I was thinking to try taking an NLP practitioner course since that seems like the best way to master the techniques and improve myself, but I'm a bit afraid of throwing away time and money in something at best ineffective and at worst harmful.

Does anybody have experience about this subject? Does it work? Is it worth trying?
