The driveway was paved 4 weeks before the incident. Our driveway starts from the road and wraps around the back of our house, most people who pull into our driveway stay at the top next to the road and back out when leaving. This driver pulled into our driveway and instead of backing out pulled around the house, when they realized they couldn't turn around they backed off the edge of the driveway into the lawn and cracked the pavement as well as scratching and possibly partially separating their bumper from their car. I witnessed the whole incident and attempted to approach the driver when they exited their vehicle to check for damage to their car only for them to hop in their car and drive away. The delivery service will not give us the drivers information without a court ordered subpoena. We have a police report from the day of the incident but I'm not really sure where to go from here.

I've been interested in this girl that I met about three months ago. We have been on one date for dinner and drinks and everything seemed to go great. Its been about three weeks since the first date. She doesn't always respond to my texts or call back when I leave messages but we have stayed in contact since that first date. She works 12 hour days and is usually very tired when she gets home on weeknights so I don't blame her for not calling or being in a good mood to talk. She has kinda blown me off on a couple dates but I think if she wasn't interested she would have just come out and said it by now. We went out to a movie last night and she was very tired but again she seemed to have a good time as did I. Heres my question....Its going to be a long holiday weekend and I will be with family as will she, I wanted to leave a flower on her car while she is at work to wish her happy holidays and I'm not sure if this will come off as romantic or creepy. She knows I know where she works and what car she drives so she shouldn't think I've been spying or snooping but I'm just not sure if this is the right move. What do you think???

Its about two young boys (brothers) who go out into the wilderness with a shotgun and one accidentally shoots his brother and kills him. If I remember correctly he has a difficult time understanding what he has actually done. Anybody know a short story like this?

Why would the senator fuel the patriots fire? The patriots had nothing to grasp onto to fuel them to win another huge game. Unfortunatly, this senator has just givin them exactly what they need and have used in the previous years to pump them up for a big game. Now, not only has this man ruined his political career but hes made things alot tougher on the Giants. Why?

the two teams that met toe to toe and slugged it out until the final bell are now meeting in the superbowl. Resting players has proven not to work in the NFL, and has also caused a shift in the playoff picture. Should the NFL put a rule in place to ensure that the teams play at the best of their abilitys and try to win every game. If its a game that will determine playoff spots shouldn't both teams try their hardest? I think their should be some kinda draft pick shifting, if you bench your starters and its obvious your teams mentaully checked out and you lose changing the playoff picture then you should be penalized. This will help make more games competitive and keep every game exciting, as well as promote the win at all cost attitude that all true championship teams have.

Hes a part owner of the Boston Redsox, and a major executive to the team. For someone of his caliber to accept a role like the one he took (investigating steroids) while being a part owner of a team is just plane stupid. He really should be ashamed of himself.
