  • am i being used?

ok well i met this guy who has a very separate definition for "dating" and "relationship." so even if he has been dating for a while, once he hasnt made a promise to be in a relationship then he thinks its alright to date others. i know that even if we ever get to be in a relationship he doesnt want it be serious which is fine with me. however, the problem is that lately he has realized that im more knowlegeable about some things than he is and he calls me and talks about an issue he needs help with and asks my opinion. my question is: does this mean he will take the relationship even slower because he'll always want me as a resource? also, does it mean that since he might feel like he doesn't have an upper hand that he won't be attracted to me as much and want to just be friends? the other problem is that we are doing long distance and so far he has only come down to hang out twice. so how do i prevent this from turning into just a friendly relationship? withold help?

  • The issue with bellydance...?

Why do so many Arab and Indian cultures (male members especially) have such an issue with bellydance despite the fact that in modern day it is not the profession of a slutty woman?

  • Am I loser for not being over my ex?

I feel like a loser. I met this guy last summer and in a whirlwind romance we fell in love within a short period of time. I had never been in love before while he has many times but he claimed that I was so different from all the other girls he dated. We had to upkeep a long distance relationship and that was when things got tough. In December, I went back to see him and we had a nast breakup. For many months after that I was so depressed because of what happened, especially since we weren't talking. I was finally over with it when we started communicating as just friends (via email) in June. I told him that I did not want to talk about what had happened and until recently we haven't. I finally cleared the air on some stuff and it seems as if he's stopped talking to me. Am I loser for still thinking about this guy so many months later? I don't want to date him again but I wish we could be friends. How do you completely forget someone?
