Should I see my doc. for heart palpitations?
I recently started having episodes of what I can only assume are heart palpitations. They started a few months back. Occasionally I would have a few rapid beats that I could feel in my chest. I am a smoker and use caffeine so I didn't think much of it. They are happening daily now. I feel them mostly in my throat. It's like a bubble at the base of my throat and butterflies dancing around in there. All the research I've done has said it's probably normal and nothing to worry about. It's extremely bothersome nonetheless. In the last week they have gotten more frequent and now exhaustion has set in. I am tired enough to sleep all day which is not like me. I don't normally nap and am an early riser. I have no reason to be tired like this. I am eating normally and my routine and stress levels are normal. I am really getting concerned. I am only 31. I have never seen a cardiologist for myself before. My daughter has a cardio doc for her heart defect as well as my son. I have always had normal ranges for blood pressure and pulse. This is all new to me and am starting to panic. Any advice here would help. Thanks so much!!!!
4 AnswersHeart Diseases1 decade agoCan adrenaline surges cause rapid heart beat and brief throbbing in the head?
During a very mild but heated argument I experienced a sudden onset of a migraine. The throbbing and pain were severe. This was accompanied by rapid heart rate. When my "boiling point" was again level the pain and heart rate subsided. I am now left with the lingering migraine effects. The whole episode lasted under ten minutes. It was extremely scary and nothing like I have ever felt before. As I am a hothead by nature and have had worse fights then this I am concerned why this is happening. If anyone knows what could be causing this and if I should be concerned I'd appreciate the help.

I am starting a home business that requires shipping plastic bottles full of liquid. I am looking for an affordable way to foil seal or seal period. Everything I have found so far is for industrial use and large quantity production. I am looking for anyway that will provide a leak free seal to the cap of the bottle. Any suggestions and links to websites would be appreciated. Please keep affordability in mind.
4 AnswersDo It Yourself (DIY)1 decade agoHow do I break my child of doing whatever she wants?
My four year old thinks she can do whatever she wants all the time. She colors on the wall, gets in mommy's makeup, messes with the electronics etc.... I have tried talking to her, time outs, even making her clean up the messes. Nothing works. It's my feeling that she does this out of boredom. I have tried to find distraction methods to keep her occupied but she goes right back to her bad habits. I thought this was a phase but new naughty thing s are popping up as well ( hitting her sibs, swearing, " I hate you", temper tantrums when she doesn't get her own way). I am at my wits end trying to keep up with all of it. Any suggestions on how to steer her into a different direction would be great.
7 AnswersToddler & Preschooler1 decade agoMy Sony Vaio Gets too hot?
I have a VGN-NR260E laptop. The thing gets so hot to the touch it can be unbearable. I contacted sony and they were no help at all. Told me to clean the vents. Since I have had it less then a week I'm pretty sure this is not the problem. Is there something I can do to bring down the temp? I am otherwise happy with it but laptops are supposed to be able to be put in your lap without getting burned. Someone please help!!!!

10 AnswersReligion & Spirituality1 decade agoIf a marriage has unresolved trust issues can it be saved?
I have been married for 3 years and with my hubby for 7. We both have done some pretty terrible stuff to each other. We have vowed to put the past behind us and try to move towards the future. This hasn't worked!!! Everytime we fight it's always about what we did in the past. I have lived up to my part of the deal and haven't thrown his mistakes in his face in a very long time but he keeps bringing up mine. Is it time to let go? Or can we still save what we have?
