does this damage on my car look like it can be fixed with a paint job? (pic included)?
Notice in the pic on the far sides the grey/whitish is just snow but the middle is the main damage. It appears that all the layers of paint are gone, or atleast i think so, so would a paintjob be god enough to fix this?

I recently got a preowned vehicle, which is a 2005 honda civic coupe, and want to get new rims, but I dont want to get them on a beat up looking car. My car looks really nice besides the cracked left back headlight from the old owner, and the front grille (im not savvy, sorry if thats the wrong term) is a little mehhh looking. Im looking to find out how much itd cost to get mainly the light replaced and maybe the front fixed too.
