How do I present a project to my co-workers on how to deal with angry customers? Keep in mind that I will have to work on the day this is due so staff members are gonna have to help themselves to reading or being involved with my project. I don't just want to post something on the board for people to read, I want it to be interactive....I was thinking some cut outs with some tips on how to deal with angry customers? I don't know...any ideas would be welcome...thanks!

I see the facebook app has been added to my itunes account after I downloaded it, my question now is HOW do I get it onto my phone? Does it need to be synced and if so...how? Thanks so much!

Ok, so Youville is an app on facebook right? Well I have added the app, made my "Yoville" person, named her and even socialized with other "Yovilles" however when I signed out, I can't get back in, like to my apartment or anything, I don't even see the app on my facebook anywhere. And I even copied and pasted my Yoville address. When I click on that link it takes me right to the beginning again where I have to pick male/female, pick a name, clothes ETC. Do you have to start over each time you want to play? I just want to pick up from where I left off in the app! I must be doing something wrong. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

I made a back up disk of all my personal files before my computer crashed. Now I have the computer back in its original state and I wish to re-instal the files I backed up onto the disk (pictures, music, etc). I am using Windows Vista Home Premium. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance!

I have a new battery in my 95 GMC 2500 series cargo van that is not taking a charge. After giving someone a battery boost my truck is not charging the battery. It's not a burnt out altinator because I put 2 new ones in.

Is anyone experiencing difficulty on facebook today? It seems really slow, some of the text is replaced with "wing-ding" font and the friends list is all out of whack. On one page it says I have so many friends and on the next it says a totally different figure. Also the "see all" friends list different. The options to send a message etc. are no longer there. Any info on this would be appreciated, thanks!

O.k. so are you still with me? I've typed everything as it appears in the error box and this happends EVERY TIME I try to email a page from the internet to a friend. How & what tasks do I complete to fix this? Please HELP!!

Do I have to wait for my currewnt Norton Anti Vrus prrogram to expire before I can install another? It expires in about a week...And how do I keep the license active on my Norton Anti-Virus Program?

It's almost December 2007 and our Norton Anti-Virus is expiring soon, within the week and I'm wondering if it's ok to install a 2007 version of the program being so close to 2008.. Does the year matter? Will the 2007 version of the Norton Anti Virus run just as effectively in 2008? Oh, and I should mention in case you haven't figured it out already, that we're just NEW to computers! HELP!
