May someone please tell me when in my short story of a recent event I should break into a new paragraph? (247 words, no dialogue) Thanks!?
After I had dressed myself in the foul smelling baseball bathrooms of G.T. Bray, I had decided to leave the park the way you did. After all, it was the most direct way to 59th. About twenty feet before the black fence turned into the plain metal one, I did not see a gate; and since I am lazy, I decided to jump the black fence. Being the stupid little **** I am (this is not a self insult, my dear Mister Jonza, but a mere statement on how any human can be at any time), I threw my bag over and proceeded to climb. At the top, I recognized the crap job they did of cutting the chain link, and how sharp and jagged the top was. It was too late to turn back, my bag on the other side and me almost straddling the dangerous wall of metal and plastic casing. I recklessly placed my hands on the top, and with an attempt to quickly and fluidly cross and drop to the bottom of freedom (which was a fail, by the way, my sweet, loving man), I straddled and tried to drop. My leggings got stuck, and my hands cut. Struggling to free my leggings, the palms of my sweaty hands (that is a Front Bottoms reference) had become more injured, and my right thigh: stabbed. Hastily dropping, and then moving on my way, I marveled silently at the blood, cursing my poor decision.
1 AnswerOther - Arts & Humanities7 years agoCan't cry anymore, no matter what?
I usually cry my eyes out whenever I have relationship problems (friend, romantic, etc) that I can't immediately fix, or when people I care about tell me their depressing and/or suicidal thoughts (which thankfully doesn't happen too often, because I freak out), I just get that horribly helpless feeling you get right before you burst into tears. Same during really sad scenes in Doctor Who and other tv shows/movies. All I ever feel when I'd usually be crying is that helplessness, that drowning feeling you get right before you cry loke there's no tomorrow. It's freaking me out, because crying releases negative energy and helps heal the body, and you just feel so calm after crying, but I never get that, only the feeling before the cry. Help?
If it matters, the only disorder/etc I know I have is ADD, and my meds don't have this as a side effect.
3 AnswersPsychology7 years agoThought/Theory?: What did Eve take from the Garden?
I was scrolling through my Tumblr dash the other day, and saw a post about the theory that Eve stole something when fleeing the Garden. This could've been a test post, or a screen cap from somewhere on this (or another) site, or even something about one of the Assassin's Creed games (I remember watching someone play one of the older ones, and they collected snippets of video where Eve and Adam escaped God's wrath and the Garden, and ended up in the Assassin guy's workshop/home/whatever?). Can anyone tell me anything about this, or direct me to it?
Note: I am an Atheist, but I am interested in plenty of religions, and study them on my own. I love to see what others believe in, where they will end up when they pass, etc. (I believe my body will deteriorate into the earth, giving it more life, but not so sure about my soul. -All unimportant!)
5 AnswersReligion & Spirituality7 years agoHow to wake up instantly, ready to defend or attack as needed?
Is there any way I can learn how to wake up at the blink of an eye, ready to defend myself, like Haymitch from The Hunger Games, or the Winchesters from Supernatural? It will be very useful i tbe future, if I ever find myself in a tough situation, etc....
3 AnswersOther - Society & Culture7 years agoWhich Android tablet should I get for drawing?
I'm looking for a 7-8" screen, 4-8GB memory, and a decent battery life. I'll mostly use it to draw, with a couple of apps I like from the Chrome Store.
I found these two, but if either of these are considered "crappy", I'm open to viewing another Android tablet, in the $200 or less price range.
ASUS: http://www.amazon.com/MeMOPad-HD-7-Inch-Blue-ME173...
ValuePad: http://www.amazon.com/ValuePad-VP112-Premium-1024x...
(I'm asking because I typically like Apple for mobile devices and I use a Chromebook for other things, but the Apple Store doesn't have good sketching/drawing apps, the Chrome Store does.)
1 AnswerPDAs & Handhelds7 years agoAbout culinary and trade schools?
I aim to go into food service and hospitality management one day. I feel that I shouldn't have to pay for, or take, core classes such as science to get a degree in that area, Literature and Physics are of no use to me.
Are there any Culinary trade schools for this, where I can just take Business Management, Baking, World Cuisine, and/or similar classes, without having to take core classes? Any examples, and do they take/give scholarships at all?
I've heard mixed things about Keiser University, is Keiser a school like this? One last thing: are trade and vocational schools the same?
Sorry, this is kinda long.
2 AnswersHigher Education (University +)7 years agoIs there a drawing tablet that has a screen on it?
I'd like to be able to see what I'm drawing on what I draw, instead of having to look at a computer while drawing on a connected tablet. Is there such a thing?
3 AnswersOther - Computers7 years agoCan I use a game controller with my laptop?
I like to play PC Minecraft, but sadly, I suck when using a keyboard. I was wondering if I could use an Xbox, Play Station, or GameCube, or a similarly-built controller with my PC, just when I play Minecraft. If so, how?
2 AnswersLaptops & Notebooks7 years agoTraditional clothing in America?
Like, Russia has the sarafan, India has a sari, Germany has that pretty outfit for girls and lederhosen(?) for guys, Japan has the kimono, etc. Does the US, England, or Wales have traditional clothing? If so, what?
5 AnswersOther - Society & Culture7 years agoIs there a way to see any of the bookmarks that you had, but deleted?
I use Chrome, and accidentally deleted a bookmark, and forgot what it was and it's address. Is there a way to retrieve it at all? Thanks.
1 AnswerGoogle8 years agoWhy does the YouTube comment box not work?
I go to click on the box ("Share your thoughts") to type in a comment and the cursor turns into the link/page clicking (looks like a finger pointing) cursor instead of the text (looks like a capital 'i') cursor. And when I click on the comment box, and new web page (not tab) pops up for a second or two with the URL plus.google(DOT)com/something-or-other - just a lot of letters and numbers. And before the page that popped up even loads, it disappears. Help please? (If it matters, I have the Samsung Chromebook, and I love it. This may not be part of the prob...?)
7 AnswersYouTube8 years agoCould someone please explain Tumblr to me?
All I know is that it's a blogging site, but I've been considering getting one. I heard something about fandoms and hipsters, and that is what made me consider fetting one, if that helps.

I understand that Charlie was molested by his aunt, but how did he end up in the hospital? Was it a coma? Shock? What?
4 AnswersBooks & Authors8 years agoHub channel on Verison?
I have Verison (not sure if it's Fios, I don't know what that is!), and I would like to know what channel Hub is on for Florida. (Manatee County.)
1 AnswerOther - Electronics9 years agoStomach hurts really bad?
What is it? I know I'm not hungry, full, or sick, those all have a specific feel to their pain. This pain is all across my stomach area, and hurts so bad, I can't even move until the pain passes. (Which is like, 20 minutes.) I know it's not period cramps, because this happens at random, and never when I'm on it. It usually happens in the afternoon, after I eat a few bites of food. I don't think I'm overeating, either.
2 AnswersOther - Diseases9 years agoWhere can I find a black romper for $20 or less?
Or anything $20 or less that would go with this: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&tbo=d&tbm=isch&... (It's he first result.) I've looked at lolita dresses, regular dresses, and gothic dresses. Nothing prom like, or sparkley, please.
3 AnswersFashion & Accessories9 years agoHelp please, this thing on my foot is really scaring me! What is it, how to get rid of it?
So, please try not to be disgusted or anything, even though I am, but I have an extremely weak stomach. I can't take or post any pictures, but I am good a decribing things. It's about a quarter inch in diameter, white ish yellow (my skin is white, but I don't burn, I tan), when I first got it, It was half the size, not as noticeable, and hurt so much I couldn't walk onit. It's on the bottom of the bigt toe on my left foot, and looks like a crater, filled with a bunch of gross half-dead skin. Really soft, painless now, and when I was looking at it with a magnifying glass, I saw little red ish brown ish stripe-type things in it. About 3 of them. I know they aren't bugs or eggs, or anything alive. They don't move, and are too long to be eggs. Please help identify it. Is it a bunion, wart (probanly not) or, WHAT?! (As you can tell, I have never had anyting like a bunion or wart, or anything similar. :P)
1 AnswerSkin Conditions9 years agoGuy issues, please help? I have MAJORLY liked him for over 3 years.?
So, there's this guy (obviously), and I REALLY like him. Like, REALLY. For three years, and three months, about. Out of all the (few) other guys I have liked at some point or other, he has stayed on top. He used to go to my church, then he switched to his girlfriend's church, then recently switched back here. I know things are good with them, they recently celebrated their 1 year anniversary. He is goi g into 11th grade next year, and me, 10th. Please don't be like, "Tell him your feelings." Because I know hid friends, and I see him and his friends at church every week (TWICE!), and won't switch churches. Thank you! :) (If you can't already guessed, I am a girl, and we're both straight.)
