My mom wad pulling out of a gas station yesterday when her motorcycle stumbled over the unusually high curb. It feel from beneath her and the tank was dented. Is the gas station responsible for the damages? According to her, the lowest part of the curb was still several inches off the ground. If it matters, the police were not called, insurance was not needed, and there were witnesses.

This morning, I turned on my iPhone which I jailbroke last night, with no problems. It got stuck on the Apple logo. I put it into DFU mode, restored it to factory settings, re-jailbroke it with no problems, and used it for a few hours. It got a little hung up, so I turned it off and back on again, no problem. I used it for another couple minutes, then shut it off. Few hours later went to power it on, and it gets stuck at the Apple logo! I need to shut the phone off, it's unacceptable to just keep it on or have to restore it every time it goes off. Any help please?

I usually exercise 3 times a week, and usually experience mild muscle soreness the day after. Last week I only exercised once, but I woke up one morning with unusual muscle soreness, as if it had done a vigorous whole body workout. I think it has something to do with the recent drop in temperature. Any other opinions? The soreness has persisted, but is not bad enough to really prevent me from functioning.

Yesterday I wrote on this girl's facebook wall and said that I noticed she got hired at the place I work, and asked when she was starting. Within 5 seconds, two of her friends liked the post. The two friends don't exactly like or hate me. Why would they like it? Do they think I'm wheeling her, or are they just glad she got the job?
