Ok I have a day care and I have a friend of mine enrolling her 18 month old kid with me so since she is my friend and she is not in a good situation as she is telling me so I gave gave her a fair price 70$ a week and she is putting him 2 days a week.. So she signed on the paper work and agreed on everything but when she takes a vacation she doesn't pay me or if she is sick doesn't pay me I was ok with that tell today, she sent me a message and told me she is putting him just one day a week for this week and she is gonna pay me 30$ I said No cause a last week she went to Vegas and stayed there for 5 days and now she is telling me she is broke she can't pay me 50$ a day. I was upset she always complains about her situation and she doesn't have money to pay me 50$ a day and she brings her kid from 7am till 7pm and there is no child care opens till 7 or works 12 hours a day, and because I want to help her I signed on a paper that she is giving me 450 a month so her manger give her 150$ a month but all she is giving me is 280$ a month.

So my question is Was I right for telling her No or was i rude to her?
