I'm gonna take the safe bet and say the rapture will not happen saturday. The Rev. has an "out" though. When he is proven wrong he can always say"well I did it to prove a point and that point is that no man knows the hour of the Lord's coming"

Ok, the real question is for those who believe in the Oakdale Ca preacher who now has thousands believing his claims as to the exact date of the rapture. My question is-Are you willing to put your faith to the test? Are you willing to give up your worldly possessions right now? If you are not willing to do that then you must have doubt.

However, if you are willing to give up your posessions then I could use another car-doesn't have to be brand new or fancy, just a good used car. Oh and my girlfriend says her mom and dad could use a new roof. I mean after all you won't be needing your posessions. Just thought I'd ask.

It's true. George Washington himself grew hemp. Hemp was useful in a variety of ways. They made clothing, ropes, paper and a variety of useful items from it. Tobacco was the number one cash crop however, hemp was number one in usefulness. Now having told you this it does seem reasonable to assume that someone figured out another use for hemp. In most of the artwork depicting life in that era many men in the paintings were shown holding or smoking a pipe. It also seems reasonable to assume that perhaps they were smoking hemp. There are historians that would agree. So, when our founding fathers were sitting in a pub/tavern/inn or around the old fireplace plotting treason against England and dreaming of a new nation its very possible our founding fathers were either drunk or stoned or maybe both. How's that for irony for a democracy?

Is the filmmaking industry hurting for ideas for movies that they have to remake EVERYTHING from the 70's and 80's? I guess they figure it made money back then lets make money with it now. Maybe in 15 years we can see ALL the Star Wars films remade (God I hope Tim Burton does it)

I experience a split second of the sensation of falling (which of course I am) next comes the impact. This morning this happened and I put a corner of a small table into my left eye. Needless to say it hurt like hell. I am ok-it just still hurts a little, In the past I have caught my thigh on something and have a permanent scar

where the gash was. Here is the wierdest part: I dont remember waking up and sitting on the edge of the bed. I forgot to place pillows on the things I would most likely to hit. This phenomonon occurs 1-2 times a month. Tonight I am rearranging my bedroom-I have had enough. Now then-has anyone ever heard of this?

Truth is I would almost club a baby seal for a klondike bar. But I am trying to be cool about this so she can have it later. Is this wrong? Should I be true to myself and quickly devour it before the offer expires or let her have it even though she claims she doesnt want it? I can feel the klondike calling me even as I type this.

I think it is one of the worst movies I have ever seen and given the star power it had it was just disappointing. I feel cheated out of my entertainment dollar. The preview hyped it up a little too much.
