Did the British Press print the lies Mignini thought up?
Using a witch trial strategy Prosecutore Mignini convinced the jury that Amanda Knox was so evil she had to be guilty. The evidence was so soft, this plan had to work better than the truth. This made for interesting reading so the Italian tabloids printed the things Mignini imagined. The British read the Italian newspapers and they must have thought "hey they wouldn't print it if it was not true".
Americans think of Italy as the home of the Mafia and Emperor Caligula and thought it was obvious that Knox was knot guilty.
2 AnswersCurrent Events8 years agoWhy are they doing another Amanda Knox trial?
They already proved she was not guilty
6 AnswersPerugia8 years agoIn WW2 were many Ukrainians pro nazi?
Before this war the Ukraine may have been conquered and annexed by Russia.
I suspect that some Ukranians made a deal with Hitler, wherin they would co-operate with Germany to remove the Russians from their country, if the Germans invaded that part of the world, with the idea of the Ukraine becoming an independant country and an ally of the Germans.
This proved to be embarressing later on.
Since then the revisionist historians have been at work, writing that this never happened.
You can't even find a map on the internet that shows the border between the Ukraine and Russia, they always make it look like they were the same country.

5 AnswersPferde9 years agoCan I change my IP address without changing my service provider?
I have read posts about someone saying this can be done, then he tells us this method. Every time I try one of these methods it doesn't work.
Look, in order to prevent people from selling child pornography on the net, the cops offer to buy or sell it, then when someone responds, they can use his IP address to take away his anonymity and find out where he lives.
If you have a program that makes it easy for a perv to keep changing his IP address, you are obstructing justice.
2 AnswersOther - Computers9 years agoShould we boycott the sponsors of websites that waste our time?
The webmasters don't care if their dumbass site wastes our time, it's like some kind of a sick game to them.
If they were worried that we would boycott their sponsors, it would motivate them to improve their site.

The French Revolution took down the Ancient Regime. We now have our own American Ancient Regime and it's time to take it down. Let's start with the Five Stooges on the Supreme Court who sold out the American people
with the insane notion that corporations have the same rights as people, but with none of the responsibilities..

The women of America now have more jobs then the men, and they don't want to marry an unemployed man. The women of America have to learn to marry the man they have been told to marry.
13 AnswersMarriage & Divorce10 years agoWas Rodney Dangerfield correct when he said Harry Truman was too much of a pussywimp?
Think about it. In 1945 we were the only country that had the atom bomb. We nuked 2 cities, and we defeated 2 evil empires. Everybody would be afraid of what we could do to them. America could have seized control of the rest of the world.
1 AnswerMilitary10 years agoWhat are the news people not telling us about occupy wall st?
My guess is the issue of free trade and exporting jobs.
The cost of labor in Asia is so much lower than in the USA, its stupid to manufacture things here. When the factory workers get laid off there is less money for them to spend in the stores, so other people get laid off because of a bad economy.
The companies that sell imported goods buy advertising in the news, so perhaps the sponsors have pressured the news to keep quiet.
5 AnswersCurrent Events10 years agoShould storys about international events be written by American reporters and printed in British news papers?
After all the lies about Amanda Knox that were printed in British newspapers, and the "news of the world" scandal. It seems to me that the British press should just fire some of their reporters who cover events that happen in foreign countries outside of north western Europe and print what the American reporters have e-mailed to the newspapers they work for.
Look, they have to sack someone to cut costs and avoid bankruptancy.

4 AnswersMilitary10 years agoShould Lincoln bring back the Capri?
The ford focus coupe' cabriolet that is assembled by Pinninfarina and sold in Europe. I think they could make that into the new Lincoln Capri.
It has a lovely leather interior and a folding hardtop that retracts into the trunk.
The problem is if they sell it at American ford dealers as a focus, the price will seem like just to much to expect anyone to pay for a ford focus.
Perhaps with some more chrome, the Lincoln name, and a two tone paint job it could be the lincoln for people who want a small car with cachet and sportyness.

2 AnswersAbuse and Spam10 years agoPerugia is a college town, is it a good place to learn extreme sex?
When Meredith Kercher was found dead, the Italian girls who lived in her flat called their lawyers and Kerchers British friends fled Italy and went back to the U.K.
It appears that Amanda Knox made a big mistake by staying in Italy, which has some of the highest numbers of extreme-sex aficionados in Europe, according to a poll by La Repubblica newspaper.
When Amanda came to Italy, her knowledge of sexuality was limited to the vanilla sex she had some experiance in. Her hometown in Washington state is a puritanically minded middle class community in which extreme sex is only understood by a perverted minority.
Amanda thought Meredith was killed by some horrible criminal who broke into the house and failed to realise that since she lived in the same household as Meredith, the rough sex Kercher perished during, might have been assumed to be business as usual, in that house.
When the police examined the crime scene it appeared to them to be another one of those sex games gone wrong they had read so much about.
Not to be confused with sexual predators who attack their victims, extreme-sex participants engage in risky, mutually consensual sex that they know could kill them if something goes wrong. One in 10 Italian couples practice “extreme sex,” which is defined as sex that could put one partner’s life at risk—and even those who aren’t doing things that could end in death are still risqué. Sixteen percent of Italian couples use masks and forms of bondage, and 5 percent admit to regularly engaging in mild sadomasochistic practices. Over half use erotic props in their usual sexual rapport. Just under 13 percent of the population has had sex with more than one person at a time, and slightly less than that have had group sex involving three or more partners.
Ayzad (he goes by only one name), author of A Guide to Extreme Eroticism published last year in Milan, told The Daily Beast that sexual extremism is a growing phenomenon across the globe primarily because of the Internet, which hosts thousands of websites and message boards where fetish fanatics can post their ideas and learn how to fulfill the most fringe erotic fantasies.
"I should have had the knife closer, as they suggest when practicing this type of bondage. By the time I found it, it was too late."
But the surge in high-risk sex has also led to an increase in accidental death when sex games go wrong. As many as 1,000 young men die each year of auto-erotic asphyxiation, or AEA, which is the practice of cutting off oxygen at the moment of orgasm to heighten the sensation. Michael Hutchence, the lead singer of INXS, allegedly died of an auto-erotic accident, as did Kung Fu star David Carradine. Only a few hundred women suffer the same fate. Many AEA deaths are called “suicide” since the victims are frequently found either hanging from a belt or rope or with a plastic bag over their heads. If a partner wasn’t involved, the victims are often found in the nude with pornography nearby.
But the real question is whether accidental death by orgasmic accident should be treated the same way as other accidental deaths. Every year there are hundreds of cases that make it to court. Last week a Swedish man was sentenced to 16 years in prison for “accidentally” killing a 17-year-old girl he met via the Internet. The girl had been strangled with a live electric cord during consensual sex. She had actually blogged about the thrill of the experience before the game turned fatal. In 2010, a Sicilian man accidentally killed his wife when they were playing with a pistol during an erotic session. He was not charged with murder but instead convicted of a lesser crime. The year before, a Transylvania woman died of electroshock when her husband upped the amps on their “sex battery” which was wired to her nipples and vagina. He was charged with involuntary manslaughter but is already out of prison. In the U.K., a new law prohibits any citizen from possessing “extreme pornography” in the form of photographs from necrophilia to bestiality. Offenders can face prison time of up to two years and hefty fines. But the law stops short of making it a crime to engage in acts that could cause death to a participant.
“Accidents in extreme sex are rare,” says Ayzad. “You understand right away if it is for you or not.” And even if it is, that might not be enough to keep you alive."
7 AnswersPerugia10 years agoCould Amanda Knox become the Lizzie Borden of the 21st century?
Remember the jump-rope rhyme:
"Lizzie Borden took an axe,
And gave her mother 40 whacks,
When she saw what she had done,
She gave her father forty one.
Although Lizzie Borden was acquitted for the murder of her parents, the prosecution's grisly tale of the ax murderess was very popular in the tabloid press. And became a popular nursery rhyme.

Windows was created by youngsters who had thousands of hours of experiance playing video games.
Because of this they are not like normal people. They are nerds who have aspherger's syndrome. They can do things with a computer that we can't understand. When ever I use a computer I get the feeling that it is playing a game with me and making a fool of me.
