Will I still get the extra 300$ weekly if I didn't do my weekly claim or do I need to do my claim in order to get the 300$ boost 

If I dont do my weekly claims will the 300$ still go in my account or do you have to do a weekly claim in order to get the extra 300

So I the mother of my 10 year old son asked me to sign my rights away to drop child support so that her fiance can adopt the child but she also stated that if I did that she would still want my current custody to continue and says she wont keep my son away from me what's to say that if I did and one day got upset she will keep him out of my life is there a legal way where we would be able to keep the custody the same but have a my rights signed anyway and dropped child support 

So recently about 3 weeks ago I replaced both alternator and battery because car wouldn't start and was told it needed a new alternator so I replaced both batter and alternator and now today my car is having the same issues as it was before the car is not starting I turn the key and hear click click click but the radio power windows and lights still work the car is a 2003 honda accord v6 ex
