You go into a hair salon to get cut/wash/style. You notice people who arrives after you get to put on a robe before bringing into the chair. Your stylist come and brings you to the chair. The stylist ask you what you want. OK lets wash your hair the stylist say. So at this point you have to put your head at the sink without anything protecting your clothing from getting. You won't get we the stylist said. The stylist finally gets a robes. Then the stylist decided cut your hair dry. While in the chair the stylist ask what you do for a living, when you last cut/iron your hair. You mention about not so great experience with another person last time you were there. The stylist decided to start cutting your hair, then stopped and said I don't think you'll be happy with your haircut, so I will just pass you to another person. The stylist leave the shop for the day. Waiting momentarily while on the chair, you decided to ask the reception, turns out there really is no one available. The stylist comes back to the desk to get the grats and says you were being rude then left the shop? Since when did becoming honest became rude? There is more to this story but it shouldn't matter much.

Being the newest employee and the only one of my ethnic background I put up with everyone I worked with. Put up with the way they look at me, treated me without respect, yelled, swear indirectly or not, etc. Over 3 years later and finally feeling the acceptance when suddenly a new person was hired. She belongs to the majority of the race, not surprisingly, treated well by most. After many training events, frustration arose a few times not just from me but I ended being "the one with a problem" when confronted by the managers as the new person complains only of me while crying a river. Certainly a big question mark on my forehead. I just didn't feel I deserved to be given a warning considering the hell I have gone through and sometimes still do. Anyway I see myself getting another warning so I decided to quit my job before the managers was able to say anymore and before I flood the office myself. What would you have done?
