  • Trouble conceiving.... looking for advise?

My husband and I have been ttc for 15 months now. He & I have both been tested for abnormalities that may prevent us from conceiving. Everything looks normal. In addition I have been going through IUI (artificial insemination) as well ( 2 cycles so far). ....Still no luck :( Has anyone been through this...has anyone gone through fertility treatments? What's your journey been like? What can I do to not get so depressed and discouraged?

  • I have just started taking birth control & am having major mood swings.... I was wondering why?

I"ve just started taking Loestrin 24 birth control pills. I've been on them for 5 days, and I've become an intolerable (bad word). I can snap @ the drop of a hat. I was wondering if anyone knows why this is happening, what can I do about it if anything. Will this subside with time? What can I do to make things better, besides the obvious (stopping the pill). This pill contains a very low dose of hormones, so why am I acting so crazy? And yes everything was fine with me before I started taking it. My poor husband is ready to choke me or his self which ever comes first! Help!

  • Discomfort on one side of abdomen in early prenancy?

I am 5 wks & 3 days pregnant. For the past week I have experienced a dull, but persistent "pulling" or "tugging" sensation in my lower left abdomen/groin. It's not really painful as much as it is uncomfortable. I've has a n ultrasound, the Dr saw changes in my uterus. He thought it could be early pregnancy. He didn't see a sac or anything like that. Just "changes" in my uterus. In addition he saw what could be a cyst in my left fallopian tube. My HCG levels are rising normally. I haven't had any bleeding or spotting thus far (knock on wood). Just wondering if the "pulling" is a normal sensation this early in pregnancy. Nervous about possible ectopic pregnancy. Any thoughts?
