Can trustees hold or put restrictions on other persons in a trust. Like if the person was on drugs or they just think sister is easily influenced intobgiving away money. Example mother dies with a trust which will now be divided between 7 children, 3 trustees make the decision on what kind of trust their sibling can have?

My nine year old plays games with a friend from school. Friend keeps calling him trash and that he smells so bad and dont even talk to me at school cause your so trash and can't play . And then threatens to take him off his friends list if my son don't help him. So I am wondering if there is some words he can say that just makes him stop. I am talking about something that makes this kid unable to insult him cause my son responds in such a way he doesnt even want to try to insult him

Its been 14 months since I had my baby. During pregnancy I would lay on my arm while sleeping. I would then wake up and unable to move the arm or even feel the arm I was laying on. It happened a lot. I would have to use my other arm to grab my arm and hand rub it vigorously to wake it back up. Then horrible pain would happen as my arm would come back to life. Well its been 14 months and I can't lay on this side or I will have pain. My upper arm is always painful. Can someone please explain what might be going on with my arm and why I can no longer sleep on it.

My son is too scared to go downstairs to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. So he has this vent that used to be used for heating in our old house. Our ceiling in the kitchen now covers it up with either daywall or plaster I really am not sure. Well it soaked through and we have a nice huge yellow stain on our kitchen ceiling. And to too it all off the kitchen now smells like urine. Does anyone have any suggeations in how to remove the small without chopping out the ceiling area.

Today he was reading to me and he purposley moved his glasses crooked on his face. He has been saying he cant see with them on, yet cant see anything with them off. He also sleeps in them. He also has problems copying words. He does good reading but cant copy words well. Is this any kind of eye disorder like convergence insufficiency

I've been dreaming of putting things in perfect order. For example I dreamed today of having a bunch of mouse traps. I was lining them up in some sort of pattern. Making them perfect, positioned just right. It's like I had some sort of ocd in my dreams. I don't remember the other dreams but they were the same type. Making them in perfect place position or whatever.

Probably should also mention I'm 13 weeks pregnant.

Last week I made offers on a truck at a dealership. The vehicle was priced pretty good to begin with according to Kelly blue book. They dropped the price by a 1000 dollars but my bottom dollar is 700 dollars below that. Salesman told me to go to lunch and think about it cause they can't go that low and didn't offer any other price other than the 1000 lower than orginal offer. I left but told him I didn't have time to come back today. It's been 2 days. Do you think he will call soon? Car has only been on lot 25 days.

Last night for about 3 hours I was having contractions about 10 min apart. They started out around 30 seconds and toward the end they were getting more intense last 45 seconds. They were menstrual type cramps with backache. I had drank a lot of water so I wasn't dehydrated and I was laying down because I was nauseated . I didn't feel like eating . The baby moved a bunch for the entire time. Contractions continued when I did get up and walk. I also started a new med for shingles so the nausea could have been from that. At dinner time I forced my self to eat and went back to bed. I had one more contraction and then they just stopped and I fell asleep for the night. I'm 33 weeks. Is this Braxton hicks or can early labor do this. I've heard of women in labor for weeks before the baby comes

I'm just wondering cause I'm getting really bad high neck pain headaches . Just wondering what the typical headache was with that drug
