I went out for a walk today in the fields near where I work. Me and my friend heard people shooting so decided to turn back. Just then we saw this thing: It was a piece of rope, about 2ft long and it had 2 red areas/sections. The rope was smoldering and was hanging off a tree. Is this anything to do with the shooting that was taking place. If so, what ???
