I have a standard DVD player that has S-video output, and a satellite box (Directv) that also has an s-video output. Which one will give me the most benefit to connect to my HDTV, picture-wise? I’ll use standard RCA cables for the one that isn’t picked (or coax for satellite box?). I will not be able to buy a Blu-ray player for quite a while after buying the new TV or a new HDTV satellite set-up. Thanks.

I bought a juvenile freshwater angelfish (a little smaller than a quarter) and I'm trying to tell if it's a Marble with not too many spots, or a Koi. Does the marble have the reddish tinge to the gills? Mine does. Are there any other identifying characteristics? Thanks!

My tank has been taken over by the platies (except for a few cories). I want some diversity in the tank (30 gal. vertical) and was thinking I could get some sort of preditor that might, umm.. eat platies, at least the babies. It should be compatible with platy evirons, as my ph is a little high. Or am I going about this the wrong way entirely?

Sodweb worms come back every year and I want to end this nightmare. When's the best time to put down stuff like Grub-x, early or late? Any other trick to making sure they stay gone, or is that pretty much it?
