What sort of cpm is paid out for text ads, etc? Are there any sites that provide real revenue information?

I want to say it was Ogilvy, but I know it was at least a major name within Advertising. I'm not finding it within Yahoo or (that other search engine) and it's driving me up a wall.

God spends the first three commandments all about him. Then he gets to the fourth one about honoring your mother and father. Followed by murder, adultery, coveting, etc. etc.

Where is the commandment that you should not abuse your children or any children? Why is god more worried about coveting your neighbors oxen and could care less about molesting little kids. Is this the moral authority priests uses when they do it?

... It does not mean that he had risen from the dead by a long shot. Does this piece of basic logic make you even consider there are alternative explanations that are less divine? Also, why would he only appear to a few select believers? Wouldn't it make more sense if Jesus wanted to prove he rose from the dead to appear before great masses of non-believers? Right in front of Ceasar himself and all his historians to document that he had indeed risen?

I have flavoring oils used for making candy, and I want to make a water-based drink and flavor them with the flavoring oil. I'm looking for a best approach that this could be done, or is this not a recommended idea? In short, I'm trying to concoct my own flavored carbonated drinks from the wealth of available flavoring oils available to use as flavoring.
